I think the players don’t have a problem with Caitlin, it’s the media and her radical fans that’s driving the divide. They all been through it. Her fans said that they were hating. When she got to the league, they created a narrative that she was being targeted by other players and that they were being too physical with her. But if they watched other games and not just Fever games, they would see that the league is just physical for everybody. Caitlin took one cheap shot this year, but they were pushing narratives before that even happened. They tried to say that the Breanna Stewart screen on her was dirty. Those radical fans started tearing down other players with bigotry, even Caitlin teammates received some of it. They’re using her name to spew hatred and I’m glad she finally denounced it yesterday. Caitlin Clark’s name is a brand and she has to protect that brand.

Yet, Tiger was well received, his father and mother were also received well when they attended the tournaments. I believe it is because of Caitlin’s Christian faith, high IQ, straight and she shines a light on how women can do whatever a man wants to do. I am Black too, that should be inconsequential, but I thought that I would mention this. Caitlin broke Pete Maravich record and all men and women’s records. So, why is she hated by so many women?
