It looks a lot like Brazilian pagode bands from the 90s, like SPC, Raça Negra, Katinguelê, i'm searching for this sample, but i cant find it yet
I took the passage in 1:40 and slowed down, and is the exact same instrumentation and arrangement of that musical style that I mentioned.
