This anime, man...
Inazuma eleven victory road is confirmed to be much more story focused than any other game in the series. In the open beta you can play the first chapter of the game and this one chapter already has the most animated cutscenes in the series. This game will probably get an anime version so it will probably be the best anime in the series
@@allopic3764 that's the whole point, the main character can no longer play football due to his heart problems. Side note: him having a heart problem is the darkest thing we've gotten since shawn frost split personality and it's not like inazuma eleven 3 and the go games don't have dark elements and moments
@@Shadow-Joop-157 I don’t have an issue with him having a heart problem, I just don’t like the story bits from what I’ve seen so far: having a heart problem doesn’t justify him being a jerk with every character he interacts with. Also, I was expecting to play at least a football match in the beta but we only got those discussion mini games which were super cringe. Dialogue as a whole in the beta felt over the top: a little drama can work if you actually know who the characters are and build attachment to them, but we’ve only just seen Destin and it’s too early to do that.
Awesome review! I'm happy that this fandom is still alive even today! Also regarding what Kageyama said to Kidou he said :"if you spit on HEAVEN, they'll rain on you later" not God just a little translation error here the word "ten" from the word "tengoku" could also mean heaven in japanese What he was trying to hint at kidou is that the trap is hidden up, since the sky is also up I think that what he was saying but im not 100% sure that riddle always confused me a bit Although if he really was trying to win, idk why he gave him that hint in the first place Also I'm so excited for the new movies that are coming out XD
That makes a lot of sense. I think I kinda prefer “God’s” because it hints at Zeus a little more strongly than “heaven” does. As for why he would give Kidou a hint, I don’t think it really mattered. Kidou was already suspicious, the screws falling from the ceiling only confirmed it. I think he would’ve figured it out regardless.
@@mocha13 I see your version also makes sense too I guess it could mean both ways then? I have a theory maybe the reason why he gave Kidou that hint is that 1:He was testing him 2:somewhere deep down he wanted him to defeat him, and 3:he was just doing it on a whim either way, Kageyama is still this insane evil genius who will stop at nothing to achieve his goals, although he is more of a tragic villain in my opinion tho by the way is this your first time watching this series have you seen the GO trilogy as well? Just curious I don't want to accidentally spoil the plot for you

I subscribed because your last video. honestly I am looking forward to watching your coverage of the Alius Arc as it is my favorite.. and the international one.. honestly all the 3 Arcs are just so peak.
I love this video. Hearing people praising the amazing writing inazuma eleven has makes me happy. Honestly the entire series does such a good job with this from Hiroto's relationship with Endou to Fubuki's whole arc to seeing Shindou grow and then break down in galaxy. I love this series so much, thank you for this video, it was amazing.
I love that people still talk about Inazuma11!! I really hope the fandom continues to grow and get some attention, cause this is unironically still such a hype show to watch!
There's a reason this anime is my favorite of all time, I used to be obsessed with it as a child when it was first airing, seriously missing an episode was a tragedy to me, it's the longest anime I've watched entirely and the only one I went to watch online after TV stopped airing after season two (it did air a few episodes from season 3 but the latino dub sucked for those because they changed some of the most iconic voices). To this day, over a decade after I discovered this anime (about 15 years ago), it's still my favorite and I still feel the same emotion I used to when I was just a kid sitting in front of the TV, there's something so special about this anime, these characters and everything they built, I don't even like football! But every time I feel stressed or down watching an episode can make me feel better, this is seriously a big comfort anime and I wish it was as popular as others, it deserves it so much.
Used to watch this show every day after school, it started at 15:30 on Disney XD and school ended at 15:15, so i was always rushing home Now 12 years later and i still love it
been in love with inaire since i was like 10yo, now being 24yo ive shown this series to some friends (who after hearing me ramble for some hours decided "meh, yeah why not") and they also became super hyped with it! one of them even got victory road so we can play since i dont have a computer!!
That's why Inazuma 11 is my favourite sports- and anime of all time! It's a cartoon show styled anime, it doesn't have these so long scenes of characters being through psychological trauma like in Haikyuu and basically all what you said. Fun fact about me, this anime made me love football it really showed what means to be passionate for sport. Also the ,,never give up" arc of the characters is shown way more realistic than most of the animes. And oc course I can't forget the themes🤩🤩🤩
honestly a lot of whats great about inazuma eleven can be chalked up to the fact that its a level 5 project/franchise. L5 was creating a lot of great games/anime at that time, one of which was danball senki [which aired around the same time as the original inazuma's seasons, as well as its sequel, i11 GO]. danball isn't exactly a sports anime, but it has competitions and tournaments that are akin to one, as well as some pretty serious subplots/overarching themes. it's essentially a spiritual successor to medabots [using small, customizable robots to fight] and i highly recommend it. there was even a crossover movie between danball senki and inazuma eleven go back in the day.
The story gets more Deeper by the Arcs, where even some little moments like being able to copy Majin the hand at first even getting failed can make you repeat the scenes over and over. I'm proud to grew up watching this Anime and still watching it, on repeat, and will keep on watching it. And perhaps one day I'll show it to my kids for better entertainment and learning rather than showing garbage cartoons on RUclips now...
Spanish people, is time to show our power: "Arriba chuta la victoria es tuya Inazuma campeón..." Btw guys if you can, tag Crunchyroll to make them dub in into European Spanish, the biggest community deserve to have the new media dub
IE 11 for me was an introduction to the anime world in general and it still has a special place in my heart, so seeing this video talk with such a depth about it and not the usual "haha magic football" makes me so happy😭
One thing that made sport anime great is also the character being *allowed* to lose, due to nature of sport so the growth of the character feel a lot more natural.
Loved the video. Having watched Inazuma Eleven as a kid, the hype moments were the best parts, but looking at it now that I'm older, and with your analysis videos, I see another side of the show that makes it even better. Looking forward to rewatching it myself soon.
just watched the arc where endou was a kid, the arc where endou is an adult and the trainer for the next gen didnt really hooked me and thats y i cutted it. inazuma 11 is an underrated sports anime imo. sure its targeted for kids but its hype af. i mean its tournament arc after tournament arc with an arc where they have to save the world and then again tournament arc. in an arc u see them travel japan and "learn" something about those regions they went to. OHH and the world cup arc was great.
I love this analysis, I cant lie I thought I was such IE11 nerd but the in depth analysis on even their dialogue is crazy, the forshadowing was great and I hope I can see the end of season 1 like this again

I love Inazuma Eleven, so much that I'm kinda sad that it didn't well in latin america, probably because there is a lot of decisions that were took because they didn't believed that the series would do good on their own, so they tried to shoe-horn captain tsubasa references and simplify a lot of the dialogues
It’s so good because many of us can relate to them to an extent. Whether it be dreaming to be as good or once being very good we relate to them. The feeling of winning and losing, we can all relate to it.
I must have rewatched this series like 7 times by now, it's really good (full bias) and has some insanely hype moments. Though I used to skip season 1 cuz I thought "oh I already played the game" NAH, season 1 actually holds up!
Honestly i think that you did an amazing work, and you only talked about the first season(at least the first 13 episodes more o less), in the second there is the genesis project, Shawn's backstory and other things, also the third season has some incredible backstories, and plots
I watch sports anime to drive away my feelings of loneliness and lack of close friends. Which sports anime has a lot. And inazuma eleven is my no. 1 anime since 2009 no 2 ways about it.
I should watch aoashi and kuroko no basket, they look fantastic! I rlly gotta watch haikyuu again too, it's been too long, I adore that show but I never finished the nationals arc (I think it was season 5)!
I honestly watched the sequel show (inazuma eleven go) back when I was a kid, but when someone told me there’s an actual lore between the Coaches in the sequel (which is inazuma eleven) I was pretty much stoked to see it, I know they’re maybe some people who wouldn’t like the sequel but I think Inazuma eleven go has it’s own beauty in it but still pretty much used the same elements we know and Love in Inazuma eleven.
Even though I'm 19 years old I still like to come back to this series seriously if elon musk or anyone else creates something like mind reset then inazuma will be the first anime I would like to watch again😅oh I will also add that I can be 6000 years old and I will never give up with watching Inazuma 11😄

They might look 12 but they’re actually 13-15, the only 11-12 year old is toramaru who is a six grader, and yeah this is the best sports anime it’s so underrated and more people should watch it, the strongest thing in inuzuma eleven beside’s the net and domons skull is the soccer ball itself 😂
I was a fan and will always be. It was aired in Indonesia at sunday morning, and I almost never missed it. The one time I missed it, I cried for 4 hour, thinking I was dissapointing endoun and his team. LOL such a pure kid
Dari segi nostalgia emang jelas ni anime, kalo dibilang paling bagus ya nggak lah.banyak banget anime sport yang lebih bagus dari ini.contohnya kayak slam dunk, haikyuu, ping pong the animation, bahkan anime yang keluar tahun 1970 kayak ashita no joe aja lebih bagus dari ini.sebenernya pillar dari anime sport ya ashita no joe, karena itu karya sport yang pertama kali hype gila2an dijepang apalagi buat anak2 tahun 1970an,banyak banget karya lain yang referensiin, bahkan di20th Century boys yang latarnya ditahun 1970 aja nampilin manga ashita no joe.
Kinda sad when you said they went on to fight Aliens you'd had a "twice" for good measure, or a "real or otherwise", and while i do think you are putting a bit too much credit on inazuma eleven (even though i love it to bits), very cool video, i've subscribed and am officially waiting for the next one. I could barely find character-level analyses of Inazuma Eleven on RUclips but this is such a gem
I rewatched Inazuma Eleven with an old friend a few years ago, it was her first time watching it, and despite having seen the scene time and time again i still screamed my throat and heart out with her when the opening song started playing as Endo finally managed to use Majin The Hand against Zeus. This anime, man...
Inazuma eleven victory road is confirmed to be much more story focused than any other game in the series. In the open beta you can play the first chapter of the game and this one chapter already has the most animated cutscenes in the series. This game will probably get an anime version so it will probably be the best anime in the series
That last sentence is a bold claim my friend
Too bad the story in the beta was way overdramatic and had with very little to do with football

Man I remember that line
Don't make me start crying
inezuma eleven gotta be one of the most underrated animes out there
Just found out about this channel, can't wait for the next part, the nostalgia hits hard
“That’s right, not just Endou”
“Us too”
“We can get stronger too!”
“Hiroto!”
……
“BIG BANG!!!”
I didn't know Inazuma Eleven had fans outside of Italy, no one ever talks about that anime and it makes me SO MAD BECAUSE I LOVE IT
Inazuma is reviving? Thank god, it's amazing and so many people look at me weirdly when I talk about this Anime
Awesome review! I'm happy that this fandom is still alive even today! Also regarding what Kageyama said to Kidou he said :"if you spit on HEAVEN, they'll rain on you later" not God just a little translation error here the word "ten" from the word "tengoku" could also mean heaven in japanese
What he was trying to hint at kidou is that the trap is hidden up, since the sky is also up I think that what he was saying but im not 100% sure that riddle always confused me a bit
Although if he really was trying to win, idk why he gave him that hint in the first place
Also I'm so excited for the new movies that are coming out XD
That makes a lot of sense. I think I kinda prefer “God’s” because it hints at Zeus a little more strongly than “heaven” does. As for why he would give Kidou a hint, I don’t think it really mattered. Kidou was already suspicious, the screws falling from the ceiling only confirmed it. I think he would’ve figured it out regardless.
I mean we could argue something about his season 3 character from that version of kageyama giving a hint makes sense
Kidou is someone Kageyama did genuinely care about, so yes. Foreshadowing + a warning to keep an eye out.
@@mocha13 I see your version also makes sense too I guess it could mean both ways then?
I have a theory maybe the reason why he gave Kidou that hint is that 1:He was testing him 2:somewhere deep down he wanted him to defeat him, and 3:he was just doing it on a whim
either way, Kageyama is still this insane evil genius who will stop at nothing to achieve his goals, although he is more of a tragic villain in my opinion tho
by the way is this your first time watching this series have you seen the GO trilogy as well? Just curious I don't want to accidentally spoil the plot for you
@@toekneemart5597 Agreed, Kageyama is more of a tragic villain 100% maybe somewhere deep down he wanted someone to stop his madness
"You probably want to know ì it's the last we've seen of Kageyama"
Me who watched all of the trilogy:....FORESHADOWING
Take your bets! Take your bets! Is kageyama going to appear in the story of victory road with his alien children
A LOT of Kageyama.
Seriously. It’s kinda ridiculous how much he appears in the plot of nearly all Inazuma anime.
He even returns for the sequels and rebrand, that’s how fan favourite he was
@@arunsingla3452 Unfortunately, he is an excellent villain, really among the most vile I've ever watched from any anime.

THIS IS SO TRUE INAZUMA ELEVEN IS SO UNDERRATED YET SO GOOD MAN WE NEED MORE FANS! ALWAYS MY FAV ANIME FOREVER
Same
You have a new sub bro,Inazuma Eleven was (and still is) the peak anime of my childhood, and this video makes me appreciated even more as an adult
bro you just got me hyped for Inazuma again
you have to idea what have you done
Fr
Just playing the opening gave me a wave of nostalgia and a big grin
YES
I am living for this recent Inazuma Eleven resurgence, I really am
Also for anyone who likes the anime, please try out the games they're really fun and just different enough in the plot department that spotting the differences is super entertaining. Plus sometimes the anime cuts out stuff, like the chapter with that Umbrella team, their cameo at the start of season 2 is a lot less random than it is in the show, let me tell ya that
Inazuma Eleven’s intro gives me goosebumps till this day, TILL THIS DAY
I subscribed because your last video. honestly I am looking forward to watching your coverage of the Alius Arc as it is my favorite.. and the international one.. honestly all the 3 Arcs are just so peak.
Thanks for subscribing! It might take me a while to get to the Alius arc, but I’ll definitely be covering it!
Used to watch this show every day after school, it started at 15:30 on Disney XD and school ended at 15:15, so i was always rushing home
Now 12 years later and i still love it
Henk ik ken dat gevoel, die vlammen tornado voelt altijd speciaal
been in love with inaire since i was like 10yo, now being 24yo ive shown this series to some friends (who after hearing me ramble for some hours decided "meh, yeah why not") and they also became super hyped with it! one of them even got victory road so we can play since i dont have a computer!!
Ngl, that just made me wanna rewatch it... For like... The third time?
The story gets more Deeper by the Arcs, where even some little moments like being able to copy Majin the hand at first even getting failed can make you repeat the scenes over and over. I'm proud to grew up watching this Anime and still watching it, on repeat, and will keep on watching it. And perhaps one day I'll show it to my kids for better entertainment and learning rather than showing garbage cartoons on RUclips now...
Spanish people, is time to show our power:
"Arriba chuta la victoria es tuya Inazuma campeón..."
Btw guys if you can, tag Crunchyroll to make them dub in into European Spanish, the biggest community deserve to have the new media dub
Aunque nos cueste levantarnoooos 🎶
You can see all 6 seasons of inazuma 11 and go in Spanish on RUclips, personally I prefer to see it here
Really appreciate you talking about Inazuma Eleven AND showing Ace of Diamond. Man that show's underrated.
I’ll watch IE-glazing anytime.
It’s good to see the franchise seems to be picking back up some steam, now that a new game is actually coming.
IE 11 for me was an introduction to the anime world in general and it still has a special place in my heart, so seeing this video talk with such a depth about it and not the usual "haha magic football" makes me so happy😭
One thing that made sport anime great is also the character being *allowed* to lose, due to nature of sport so the growth of the character feel a lot more natural.
bro this was my first anime, You have no idea how HYPE It was to revisit this- I Am eagerly awaiting the 2nd video talking about that special match
18:41 Yes Soccer is that serious.
W vid. Editing is on a different level
I see Endou Mamoru and I know this is gonna be good
Loved watching this you should totally do a part two!
Tbh I thought it was nostalgia but I actually rewatched the entire OG Inazuma Eleven and it was even better than I remembered.
It's strange that no one talks about captain tusabasa
YEAH BRO 😭
That's so weird, it's literally one of the most important pieces of japanese media ever, so loved throughout the world, and i barely see videos about it
If I remember correctly, Captain Tsubasa is also what inspired Inazuma Eleven, yes?
@@Loner098 It is, Akihiro Hino said the main inspiration for the creation of IE was Captain Tsubasa and DBZ
@@luizito5341as I remember, it was first a game made by LEVEL 5, and then they got inspired to make it an anime. So it wasn't an inspiration from other animes, just for a game.
@@sekko69 The game was inspired by CT bro 😭
Akihiro Hino was the creator of the entire game series
More inazuma eleven videos pls ❤ I love this show so much, so many good memories 🎉 Glad to see it get covered
I remember watching inazuma eleven on TV when i was a kid and then on pc and it was amazing, one of the first animes i've watched, first ones was was naruto and bleach i think, but only a few episodes when i was a kid, but then on my 14s watched all of the old bleach, now as a grown man i'm reading The Climber manga, it's a great story for a kind of (seinen)
Inazuma Eleven Lets Go FINALLY someone is making a video about this anime I watched it as a kid was hype even the opening song it was fire. I am happy that someone made a video about this only the OG remembers this anime thanks man for the video appreciated
Thanks for watching, hope you liked the vid!
inazuma eleven was my very first anime ever courtesy of the nintendo anime channel, to this day it’s still my comfort anime and i’m so glad someone else is talking about how PEAK it is!!!
I love Inazuma Eleven, so much that I'm kinda sad that it didn't well in latin america, probably because there is a lot of decisions that were took because they didn't believed that the series would do good on their own, so they tried to shoe-horn captain tsubasa references and simplify a lot of the dialogues
Not counting the changes to the dub by the FFI arc, that killed the series here
It’s so good because many of us can relate to them to an extent. Whether it be dreaming to be as good or once being very good we relate to them. The feeling of winning and losing, we can all relate to it.
I'm so lucky to have this series dubbed as a kid
Inazuma got me into anime, and then I went on to watch lots and lots.
13:27 since I watched the Arabic dub I didn't know that line existed it kinda foreshadowing to royal academy fate in the next episodes
I remember watching this show religiously as a kid... and all I have left to say is thank you for the nostalgia... Imma go watch some of it again!
why aren’t ya’ll talking about the go trilogy after the og trilogy of inazuma eleven?
I honestly watched the sequel show (inazuma eleven go) back when I was a kid, but when someone told me there’s an actual lore between the Coaches in the sequel (which is inazuma eleven) I was pretty much stoked to see it, I know they’re maybe some people who wouldn’t like the sequel but I think Inazuma eleven go has it’s own beauty in it but still pretty much used the same elements we know and Love in Inazuma eleven.
Even though I'm 19 years old I still like to come back to this series seriously if elon musk or anyone else creates something like mind reset then inazuma will be the first anime I would like to watch again😅oh I will also add that I can be 6000 years old and I will never give up with watching Inazuma 11😄
oh trust i was the biggest fan i even wanted to try soccer despite hating all sports because of it but thinking back 90% of the hype for this show comes from the music they just made the hardest soundtrack ever and slap it everywhere in the show like hell yeah im in your video convinced me to rewatch
can't wait for more!! ! thx for talking about this S tier anime
Really appreciate the video detailing what makes sports anime so great... And analyse what each of the great sports anime excel in..
U touched upon Diamond no ace, Haikyuu, inazuma 11, Ao ashi, Hajime no ippo, blue lock, Kuroko... Which r all really great watch... With edge of the seat tension, nail biting action/plays, character moments, their internal struggles, player psychology, their unique personalities that shape their play style, motivations, and ofc character relationships which become very important in team sports, and many more...
I'm so happy that people are starting to talk about Inazuma 11... It deserves lot of recognition... Even though Imazuma 11 is sort of a kids show, it's really impactful and effective at getting audience invested in it,.. like you said, it has all the ingredients and it executes them as well...
Inazuma11 will always have a special place in my heart ( I watched it 15 times or more).... even though i might've out grown it now...
Haikyuu is my favourite sports anime...
Of course i also hope "Capeta" another great sports, racing anime gets the recognition, the best motorsports anime of all time... And one of my favourites
this is in my top 3 favourite anime. i remember eating lunch after coming from extra class the saturday while watching it on TV. i remember watching the movie with subtitles in the house of a friend. is something special for me
I watched all inazuma eleven series about 5 or 6 times but still falling in love with that anime to watch again and again.
"It doesnt even need crazy super powers" *mark summoning 3 demons to stop the meteor that's been sent his way by a fellow 15 year old*
They might look 12 but they’re actually 13-15, the only 11-12 year old is toramaru who is a six grader, and yeah this is the best sports anime it’s so underrated and more people should watch it, the strongest thing in inuzuma eleven beside’s the net and domons skull is the soccer ball itself 😂
17:47 the most accurate tier list of the entire franchise.
