Okk, after using it I'm writing the review - it's good , with 2 wings, I only use it on my heavy flow, 2 nd day , and it's good , but you have to be careful when to change, otherwise it will leak. But far better than other companies.

kotex has ultra thin extra heavy overnight pads with wings that have a large flap in the back that acts like this liner hack. Hope this helps someone

@@kusumsingh3754Okay if you're really young and that's why you're worried you can always just wait a little bit and instead use period panties. I use bambody for light days and as a backup to a menstrual cup. For you or anyone wanting to use period panties alone, I'd suggest the brand "Revlon cares". They have options for different flows.
@@kusumsingh3754Also it doesn't matter if you're a virgin or not you could still use it, that's only a false myth that you can't. You would need to do research as in look up videos and go to websites to find one that would work with how high or low your cervix is. Then you'd have to figure out if you wanted a soft or firmer cup. Another consideration would be if you need a small or large cup, which I'd suggest getting both if you can and there's a bundle deal.
Also all menstrual cups or almost all come with a stem and have ridges at the bottom so that's how you would grab it.

I agree i feel the same way cant sleep on the first day and second day and dont want to go out its horrible 😢and if i do go out on the first day and second day which are heavy i do this method but i use 3 extra long pads and use a thick cloth and i wear 2 pairs of shorts and i wear only black pants for the first 3 days lol i just want to be extra extra secure i dont like stains and i always keep extra pads, pant and underwear with me just in case always be prepared and i cant wait until it is OVER NO MORE PERIODS😂

Just cut the sides of diaper and change it into a pad its so useful and long-time helpful
Kotex Overnight pads + Tampax Ultra tampons (Pearl?) are the biggest pads/tampons out there that I have been able to find. In the USA, the Dollar General sells a generic by the company REXALL called BREEZE. Their generic Overnight pads (size 5) work almost as good as the name brand ones + their Ultra Overnights size 5s make for great pantyliners for those of us who can not wear Carefrees. (I cannot say their tampons are good, though.)
Also, if you know anyone who works at a hospital, hospitals usually throw out TONS of stuff due to them expiring (?!?)- incl maternity pads, thermometers, etc. So, if you know anyone who works at a hospital- even if it's cleaning staff- explain to them that your periods are extremely heavy + ask them if they can look into the maternity pads for you! I am NOT advising you to STEAL- I'm talking about asking for the things they trash (but are still good)!

Take normal stay free pads ...stick one beside one ..then no leakage...middle two wings will stick .
Add loosely bundled t.p. on top of the pad so it covers the whole pad and sticks out the front and sides. Then just replace every time you go P. Not the most comfortable but on the heaviest days it works! 😅 Also try using a tampon and a pad together.

Cut the pad in half and stick underneath the full pad it will also work as a night pad. No need to spend extra money for panty liners.

yes that is another matter of concern, but it can be prevented by wearing pads which provide high absorbency with an underwear that provides more coverage and making sure to change the pad timely according to your flow :)
