8:23 That's not a Context problem, and React Context doesn't have any "bad implementation" problem. That's just bad coding from your example, if you update a state there the re-rendering is inevitable, that's just bad usage of the context API.
The new compiler seems to be great for automatic optimizing but the problem I'm seeing is that people will start to write bad code and expect the compiler to save them.
