    After I started taking this I noticed my job became much easier, the 10 hours I work feels like it goes by faster, I’m more social with co workers and overall feel better and more capable, I take 2 with water at the start of the shift then 5 hours later I drink an amino energy drink with 100mg caffeine so overall taking 175mg caffeine a day

    If you take 2 capsules for 4 days a week you should notice a difference in how you feel overall after 2 - 3 weeks and if you keep taking it it gets better, I like to think of it as your brain health increasing from getting the proper vitamins and aminos

    I’ve been finding it harder and harder to focus on my necessary repetitive tasks lately, regardless of whatever discipline habits I’ve built, I’ll just stop mid work, stare at my screen and be so bored that I get stressed and almost feel physical pain🤣 like a 5th grader told to do English homework or something, all I need is the focus stimulation, would this be good for that?

      Personally, I would suggest something like Kaged Mindset or Magic Mind (I have a review being published of the latter later today). You are not alone, I also have the same issue and I find a quick 5-10 minute walk usually helps. I often use Kaged Mindset as a fix for when I feel like this, whereas something like VyvaMind will work well but you have to stay consistent with taking it and it may take longer to see results. Hope that helps.

    when I was younger it was easier for me to do task with adhd but as I get older it feels as if it's getting harder for me to focus and do my task, and conversing is getting tougher due to my thoughts and getting distracted too easily. I don;t really have the money for a doctor visit and have debt from university that i need to pay off before I can go back. Will this help even if alittle?

    • @somaanalytics

      Others with ADHD have testified it helps - but the reality is that each nootropic will be different for each user. We always advise to seek proper medical guidance if possible.

    What if you’re not deficient in those b vitamins? I just had my levels done and I'm not. Does that them pointless for me?

    • @somaanalytics
      @somaanalytics  Год назад

      It might mean a nootropic that focuses less on the B vitamins will suit you better as VyvaMind is quite heavily focused on the Vitamin B complex.

    I heard about this cause I heard it’s a good replacement for adderall, would you say it’s good for people with adhd or do you have a different recommendation

      VyvaMind came up high in our testing for nootropics for ADHD. But it's always a good idea to seek proper medical advice.

      CNS Stimulants are completely different than nootropics and simple vitamin supplements. If you're actually diagnosed with ADD, this should only be taken to supplement that with expert oversight. I'm trying it right now, but 5 bucks for two capsules is overkill tbh.

      I believe I have undiagnosed adhd. I can't afford insurance to get a diagnosis. Plus with my career, I can't take traditional adhd meds even with a doctors note. So I found vyvamind and gave it a try. Honestly, I've never found anything like it. I don't take it everyday. I take it on days I'm really struggling already or on days I can already tell will be a struggle. It's pricey but worth every penny imo plus I can take it working in my career

    Would this be good to take for those who are trying to get a boost of energy to workout?

    • @somaanalytics
      @somaanalytics  Год назад +1

      I'd suggest Kaged Mindset (caffeine version) for that - I've used it for that exact purpose. Check out our video on it and use our discount code if you do decide to buy. Let me know how you get on with it if you do.

    What are your qualifications to review these ingredients? What does "pretty solid mean"?

    • @somaanalytics
      @somaanalytics  Год назад +11

      Great question David. Jason is certified in brain bio hacking through Emory University, Atlanta. Our staff also include certified health coaches and nutritionists - both academic and practicing. We also welcome anecdotal contributions from non-experts.
      In answer to your second question - in this case, take it to mean a generally accepted range of ingredients that should offer cognitive benefits. I'm sure you can appreciate we are trying to aim these videos at a range of people with differing experiences with nootropics and supplements in general - so we try to set a tone that will work for most (but appreciate not all). There is always more information to be found on our website too.

    Tho it’s manufactured in a FDA-registered facility, why does the bottle say it isn’t FDA approved?

    • @somaanalytics
      @somaanalytics  Год назад

      There are no nootropics that to my knowledge are FDA approved. The manufacturing process is FDA approved, but no the product itself. As far as I know it is not possible to get FDA approval on nootropics.

      The green strand of kratom is the closest I've found to an actual over-the-counter stimulant, but at best I would call it "baby adderall." Ultimately there's no substitute for the real deal. 💊💊💊

      225mg is a lot for one sitting. Even most pre-workouts don't go much above 200mg

    First off, coming from someone who's frustrated and been going crazy trying to do my own research and do not have the funds whatsoever to take a gamble, I just want to say a BIG thank you Sir, for these reviews!😊👏 🙏 It is very much appreciated! However with that said and knowing you're probably no doc. (Just throwing that in there NOT THAT IT MATTERS TOO ME.) But I have ADHD, AND a sleep disorder (Idiopathic Hypersomnia) that causes me to sleep anywhere up to 18 hrs a day AND STILL FEEL DROWSY, GROGGY, and have ZERO ENERGY in me!! It really prevents me from being able to get up in the mornings causing me to be so EXTREMELY drowsy throughout the day.
    Best way to describe the feeling is like taking benadryl or some type of sleep aid or something like seroquil, or Xanax and that drowsy feeling u start to get...now take that and try staying awake, functioning and fighting that feeling drowsiness ALLLL DAY LONG EVERY DAY!!😏😟
    It's kinda like Narcolepsy as most people are more familiar with. Only real difference between the 2 is with Narcolepsy they can't tell when that drowsy sleep attack creeps up on them where as with IH we can. AND with Narcolepsy they feel refreshed afterwards in napping, as to with IH WE DONT! In fact, we feel even more drowsy.🙄😥😩🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
    (NOT fun at all!!!😪😢)
    Anyhoo, getting to my question..I was wondering if you knew and could tell me which one these gave u the most energy and how much?? How long did it last? And in YOUR HONEST PERSONAL OPINION, would u recommend and or do u think it would help any if at all in someone such as myself with these issues??
    I've been on a stimulant called Modafinil (Provigil) 200mg 2×daily and it does NOTHING for me as I can sleep right thru it. Only worked for me the first wk of taking it, sadly. Plus it gives me really bad brain fog, it's crazy.
    So I've been trying to research and warping my brain in trying to find something over-the-counter that will make a huge or somewhat difference.
    So trying to figure out and see if these Nootropics work. I realize some have caffeine in them which I may be either caffeine sensitive, and or reversed.🤷‍♀️
    I just know caffeine never seemed to work for me. Especially in those awfully horrible energy drinks that made my heart race, gave me the jitters, migraine, sweats, and would crash afterwards. But never no energy.😑😫🥱
    Sorry for the long rant. I'm honestly just getting so frustrated and at my wits end in hoping, PRAYING🙏 and trying to function, and have a somewhat normal life...a LIFE AT ALL THAT DOESN'T CONSIST OF SLEEPING MY DARN LIFE AWAY and missing out on sooooooo much like my babies growing up!!!😟🥺😪😰😥😢😭😭😭😭😭😭🤧🤧 So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.😊 🙏
    ANYONE ELSE THAT MIGHT READ THIS HAVING ANY SUGGESTIONS/ADVICE KNOWING WHAT WOULD GREATLY HELP MAKING A DIFFERENCE, IS GREATLY APPRECIATED! THANKS IN ADVANCE!😊 May God bless you all.🙂 🙏Shabbat Shalom

      Hello! I just read your comment and am wondering if you have found anything to help as I am basically in the same boat as you are in! I'm searching for something to help with energy and daytime sleepiness :(. Its so frustrating. Did you end up trying VyvaMind and if so, what were your thoughts if you don't mind sharing? Thanks so much!
