If I'm not wrong, most of these plushies are made by fans themselves. You can search in sites like ebay or Amazon for some of these where fans sell them, but they can be relatively expensive. Some plushies easily go beyond $100...
It may sound weird and uncommon to most people including me, but all in all I don’t find anything wrong with adult men or anyone in general watching MLP. I’m not a brony, I haven’t watched the show (well maybe a few cutscenes here and there from my sister little watching it in the TV) and I don’t think I ever really will unless I actually watch an episode out of curiosity (I actually attempted once a few years ago, but I don’t remember finishing the episode and I don’t really remember anything from it)
I honestly can’t understand the people who keep bashing bronies, like is it a crime to like a show that you don’t? If they like the show, then let them like them. It’s not like they will change their mind because YOU think the show is very stupid.

Reading these comments make me laugh actually. They are labeling bronies as creepy as hell but I know fandoms that are far worse than that. Besides there are other fandoms that one might find either weird or unacceptable but here people are fixated on bronies for some reason. Probably it's because they don't know the internet very well. Well said. Yes, there's THAT section of the Brony community (which, to be honest, I don't come across very often other than in stereotypes), but other fandoms can have far worse. Take Otakus for example. While most Otakus are not really bad (there are many cool and nice ones), there are a subsection of those fans called Weeaboos, who are far more obnoxious and evil than the most stereotypical bad brony

It's great that these guys have found something they love and are passionate about but I'm still curious why My Little Pony attracts a lot of adult men while other kid's animated shows like Spongebob or Phineas and Ferb don't. What aspect does this show have that attracts both their target audience and the people outside of it?
We've been trying to work this out for years, and I've been a fan since 2012! The characterisation is very good, which I think is one reason there's such a massive fanfiction scene, for example. It's probably my main reason for liking the show. (Also, the Fimfiction website makes Fanfiction dot net look like the antique it is.) After a while, the fandom itself was large enough to be a factor -- I know fans who haven't watched the show itself for several years, yet still enjoy the fandom for its music, art, crafts etc. There are other reasons, but I don't want to write a six thousand word essay here. :P

@@Loganberrybunny Yup. Basically, character development and design which are perfect for fanfiction and fanart, the artwork in general, the songs in and outside of the show (from the fans). The storytelling is also pretty solid and great, for a show this prejudged. All in all a great show even if you just watch one or two episodes on TV for nostalgia or whatever. Enjoyable.

Bronys are fine, Honestly you can have any interest you want as long as it doesn't harm any one. The only problem with some bronys is that they act to cocky about it. They act as if watching a show intended for a younger audience makes them a better fandom, and as if they have the only fandom that makes music, art, and story's. As well as the fact that they are stuck on this one fandom instead of moving onto other interests. Its fine to like one thing more then others but don't spend all your time dedicated to one show.

Just because they watch this show, doesn't make them any different than you or me. I am a girl, and I see nothing wrong with the show. I was approached by a brony, and told about the show. Like you, I was a little bit confused as to why a guy would like this. But i was open to the whole idea, and decided to give the show a try before i started to make fun of them for something they liked. I found out after a few episodes that it was really a great show with beautiful animations and great lessons. I guess my while message is " Don't knock it till you try it." Also, no need for the cruel words. Love and tolerate everypony!

Everyone is different and each person has their own loves and hates, you shouldn't judge people on what they enjoy or hate, for example one person loves GTA V and hates call of duty, and another person loves Call of duty but hates GTA V now tell me do you think that if the two people would hate each other due to different likes and hates? M A Larson is so on point by saying that the series does not fall into the postmodern cynicism and nihilism that's so common in shows today. My Little Pony does stand out because it is sincere, has a heart and covers real issues that effect us all at any age. Because of that fact it has changed the world. If only everyone watched it. 😏😉 I would genuinely call it a sitcom and with a series run of nine seasons, a spin-off series, and a theatrical movie it goes down in history as one of the most popular shows out there let alone a popular cartoon. 😮
