Did they fix the issues that was causing the striker to hang up until the bolt handle was opened, then releasing it, causing some pretty nasty OOB discharges. Nothing from new Sig is worth the current cost. SIG is hi on their own back pressure.

You choose the gun best for the mission. Rural to Urban, populated to empty. Distance to target. How accurate do you really need to be? How fast do you need repeat shots? If you answer some of these I can help a bit. Just realize what wold be good in your home may not be best for the field. Having options will always be best.
