So beautiful. So much work, but as you say, so worth it! I have put so many hours into so many cakes, and I do not regret a bit of it. Many happy memories for family and friends.
I love the contrast of the colors, the varied tips and tip sizes, and layer upon diminishing layer. The effect is breathtaking. Then the little silver pearl, and the silver luster dust on the rose, perfection.
Thank you for showing your mistakes and how you correct them. :) Everyone makes a mistake or misstep here and there, but with video editing and so many not showing mistakes, beginners I know have gotten frustrated with themselves wondering why they never can make it perfect. Seeing professionals do that and fix it on the videos is so helpful. Thank you!

I like seeing you do your scroll work so much to the point where I tried it in my class; didn't work out. What is the secret to doing good scroll work apart from practising? Thick icing??
Sorry That didn't work for you. I use Royal icing medium thick consistency...And LOTS of practice. Keep at it!
