I think Japan is a PAL region, so the lights should be 50hz. When shooting 60fps video, if the lights are flickering at 1/120 shutter speed, try stopping it down to 1/100. That should remove the flickering. Same with 30fps, but I think you shoot your non slowed down clips at 24fps, so you are already using the shutter speed of 1/50.
