That's a beautiful piece of wearable art! I love your patterns and I love your teaching technique. You are a master of the crochet hook! God bless you, too, Bonnie! Thank you for the tutorial!!!♥️🧶🙂🙏🏻
I'm in love with this stole! I finally purchased your Cable Crochet Made Easy book so I can make the Abigail shawl, which I love just as much. I did a small swatch of the Abigail shawl and enjoyed making the stitches. Thank you for sharing your talent with the world and making it a beautiful world!

This is absolutely gorgeous, i actually bought some mohair yarn a few weeks ago, itwas at a price i couldn't ignore so i just had to have it! It's been sitting in my yarn stash since then and I've been looking for a pattern that i like, I'm definitely going to give it a try with this one! 💙💙💙
That's great Harriet! I do hope you enjoy this one. You may want to consider practicing on some scrap yarn first if you are having any issues understanding this design. We know how difficult it can be to rip out mohair!!😅
Yes that definitely is a good idea, I'm going to do up a version using a sport weight angora on a 5mm hook as I'm thinking it could give a similar effect when blocked?, i want to get to grips with the pattern but also with working such a light weight yarn on a larger hook. I don't want to ruin the mohair that i have as it wasn't cheap, i had to get it on sale in order to afford it. 😂
Beautiful delicate wrap. That yarn looks so diaphanous and seems like it would break easily. Once worked into a stitch it is probably stronger than I think.
What size yarn is this? I don't think you said, unless I missed it! Is it a #1 ? I just started making this with a #2 angora yarn. It's not as fuzzy as mohair bit still has some fuzziness. 😊
This is a lace weight but using an upsized crochet hook. Feel free to use any yarn you wish. Here's the link to the yarn I used: universalyarn.com/collections/weight_lace/products/silk
@@BonnieBayCrochet Thanks Bonnie.😊 I get confused with the UK and American terms.😂 UK brands have started to put number weights on ball bands now though, so that helps.
I understand that. It would be great if yarn manufacturers got together to agree on a system, even then there is still variation within these size categories. @@ruthiebabe3638 Here's a video I did on this a while back: ruclips.net/video/X9TO-sEsTQA/видео.html

Thank you Barbara! The silk added into the mix adds a lot of strength to this yarn. While it look light and airy, it is also extremely warm!
Being from The Aegean I think I will use this pattern for a top.
You live in a beautiful part of the world! Was able to travel there last fall for the first time, and this is what inspired this design.

Your beginning title says left-handed! It confused me at first lol. Might want to fix it lol.
There are two separate videos. Hope this helps.

What is the yarn weight? Is it DK?
This is a lace weight mohair/silk blend. Information is in the video description below.
