I don't know how to say it, but it is treated by massaging like your technique, but only by local chiro, we call it in our language 'hilot'. Now just learned and realized that those w/cerebral palsy need to be massaged. But of course, with the expert chiro, with little minor/basic soft massage from the family members. You are a great help to those family w/ such case.
