If that's true then the Glazers are underestimating how much United fans hate them The Glazers could literally find the cure for cancer and the fans would blame them for the side effects of the drug. Intact the only time they have done anything to make the fans happy was in 2014 whe Malcolm glazer very generously died, and even then fans complained it wasn't televised

The only thing that needs to change at Man Utd is the culture.
Sir Alex did what he wanted, he didn't care what the board thought, he didn't care what the players thought, he especially didn't care what the supporters thought, he knew what he was doing was right and stuck to it.
He picked his team, not anyone else, and he kept the fans happy by winning.
There's too many egos around Man Utd, they only need one, and that's the managers.

Completely wrong. The time for a SAF or an Arsene Wenger staying 20 years at a club is long gone. Even Pep's and Klopp's lengths at City and Liverpool are an anomaly today. If you look back at the recent years at United, part of the problem has been the coach had too much influence. And when one coach was fired, the next coach inherited a squad and certain players that didn't fit their style of football. Now repeat this cycle every 18-24 months and it's easy to see why the squad is such a mess and there's been no value for the money spent.
However if the footballing direction and operation was controlled higher up at the club, with a club vision, and you hire a coach based on the club's vision you United wouldn't be in such mess. They don't need a manager with full control. They need a club with its sporting operation in place and good key people like the scouts, analytics that work as a team with the current manager. Currently everyone is there working in silo, not as a team with a shared vision.

He gave them a huge sum of money for what they valued the club to be which is way above what it’s actually valued at. We will regret this decision, and this is the moment that we should have sold the whole team to Qatar or Saudi investment groups. and this is going to make no difference with the little to no effort from players, so at this rate, the club will be low in the standings, and because of that, we will be undesirable to the world class players, so we won't have any real success for the next 5 to 7 years

At this point, i think it's clear to see that this habit of trying to immediately fix the club over two or three transfer windows isnt working. It needs a deep rebuild. We're also immune to selling players when they have value. Form aside, Rashford and Bruno are probably our best players but they are fundamental reason the team hasnt been able to play a 'modern' approach. Rashford isnt intellegent enough, he isnt effective unless hes got space to run in to. And bruno always tries the risky pass for high reward, but those are not traits you need when you're trying to control matches.

Yes the infrastructure is old but Ferguson never complained about it, and they still have one of the biggest stadiums in the Premier League. When it comes down to it the Glazers don't take the team for training, they don't select the team, the don't implement the onfield tactics, they don't give halftime talks, they aren't on the pitch playing, they have absolutely nothing to do with the results on the field. The players and manager are to blame for on pitch failures.

the glazers have sold 25%, and given him the control over football in the hope he can get them back to a consistenly world class level. meaning their 75%(i know they dont own this much) is worth more than the 100%(again i know they dont own all of it) they had previously

Simeone is not the guy for Utd and even though I want him in the PL, I don't think he's a good fit for most of the "Big 6" clubs (exception being Spurs) not only because of his style of play but for the sense of commitment Atleti has given him.
Now this is not to say Simeone can't play expansive football, it's not just his go to style and again, considering other PL clubs have a lot of money and a lil sense of loyalty, that dream can still happen.
This is the opinion I hold for the likes of Inzaghi and Imanol.

Jim ratcliff isnt the best choice compared to Sheikh, but at least better than nothing.
Hope he can revamp the entire football side of operation. Issue isnt that glazier didnt spend enough, but poor management of funding
I am just a layman, but hope they can at least
    1. Revamp entire salary cap, set maximum wage. We have seen players form dipped greatly after good fat contract
    2. revamp scouting system, buy good potential players. Holjund is a good one, but the price tag on an unproven striker is just plain stupidity.
    3. Improve training infrastructure
    4. Promote more youth players.
    5. Appoint a sports director
