Priest of titania was also printed on mistery box. That's where i got the copies I have. It was a huge set, but it still provided a good amount of them. God i Miss those mistery drafts. cool set! First "commander masters" ever printed
Fairly confident Mobilize would see more play if it was reprinted. Some cards are just so rare commander players don’t even know they exist so they don’t put them in their decklists.

Love seeing Three Kingdoms cards finally get their spotlight. Love that Three Visits is actually a good card cause it’s like an iconic part of the book. Liu Bei, soon to be leader of one of the titular Three Kingdoms is at an impasse and he’s told to seek the Sleeping Dragon if he wishes to realize his ambitions. Kongming (The Sleeping Dragon) was the special name of Zhuge Liang an intellectual Sage living out in the country. Liu Bei and his sworn brothers attempted to visit his thatched roof hut but were always unsuccessful and turned away, but upon the third visit he finally gets an audience and he recruits him as his strategist and Kongming reveals his plan/prediction of China being split into 3. Kongming definitely gets a lot of lines and starts superseding Liu Bei as one of the main characters. (Especially when Liu Bei dies)

I am not surprised so many cards made it on the list because of rarity alone. While green's average strength is completely fine its peak strength has always been lacking. Other colors have these insane single cards that can turn the tide of a game at pretty much any rarity - while green's standout cards are ramp costed too fairly because green can ramp long term value cards or cards that need specific other cards to function - even in this list we have an ooze-only and an elves-only card.
I love seeing cards like Avoid Fate which are super old versions of by now commonly printed effects, it's essentially their first attempt at the one mana instants green gets nowadays that give hexproof and indestructible.
It’s notable that Priest of Titania was made at a time (I think) when mana burn was a thing, which would hurt you for overproducing mana. Tokens were also much more rare back then. Both of these factors have made Priestess of Titania even better than she used to be, because you can make Elf tokens to make more mana and not take damage because of it.
Ahhhh green, it's one of my favourite colours because, well, oonga boonga creatures. And while I don't think any of these cards would make it onto "Top 10 Vintage Cards (Minus Power 9)", I do think that they're still very awesome!
I have Forest Bear in my Ayula deck and it always makes me laugh when I play it. Its picture is hilarious, and the fact that a generic 2/2 is over $20 just makes it even funnier. It's one of my favorite cards tbh. It's right up there with my nearly $60 Razorclaw Bear that I always make a joke when I play along the lines of "Some people drop a $60 bomb against you in commander and the next thing you know you're getting Mana Drained. I drop a $60 'bomb' in commander and now you're face to face with a 4 mana 3/3 with an extremely mediocre effect. Money well spent." Good times, always makes me laugh.
The funny thing about Three Visits is when it was reprinted for the first time i picked up the OG one for less then $10. I just wanted the original art.
I'm really glad for Utopia Sprawl's reprinting as a Wilds of Eldraine Enchanting Tales card, allowing me to get a few of them for quite cheap compared to what its price used to be.
9:09 I think it is because for a long time green was the worst color of magic, so many of the old green cards (especially commons) weren't very good (relative to other colors) so scarcity is going to be their main drive in price. As the good green cards tend to be newer and thus less scarce and less expensive.
The demand for Deglamer has absolutely nothing to do with Rancor. It's so awkward to hear that from a Pauper player perspective! Deglamer's popularity is due to the indestructible artifact lands from Modern Horizons that heavily impacted the format - along with the fact that it can hit REALLY important auras like Ancestral Mask, All that Glitters, Ethereal Armor, or other important artifacts.
