Mashallah, food for the thoughts. May Allah bless him. I love listening to the content that he shares. His fluency in English and Arabic is amazing. Even when he recites Persian poems it just sounds like music to my ears. I'm truly captivated by the level of Ihsan- Perfection that western culture offers. Imam Algazali thoughts takes me back to the era before the renaissance. I feel it all started and flourished in the east, and then it was carried to the west where it was preserved and gifted back to the world.

41: 30. Verily, those who say: “Our Lord is Allah (Alone),” and then they remain steadfast, on them the angels will descend (at the time of their death) (saying): “Fear not, nor grieve! But receive the glad tidings of Paradise which you have been promised!
    31. “We have been your allies in the life of this world and are (so) in the Hereafter. Therein you shall have (all) that your inner-selves desire, and therein you shall have (all) for which you ask for.
    32. “An entertainment from (Allah), the Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”

M.Kipling : That is the very beauty and marvel of this man . The fact that out Out of the heart of this epitome of Britishness ; Cambridge University , comes this man who has become one of the most eloquent exponents of Islam to the Brits and to English speaking peoples all over the world . Who has the moral courage to live his faith and make visible in his life , with his family , colleagues and neighbours the very qualities that Islam enjoins us all to manifest . In my view he is one of the most influential Muslim scholars of our age .
He has not lost his Englishness and ties to his Country and Culture , but has pointed to how modern Brits have become secularized and are needful of some form of Spiritual element to stem the tide of Globalist Materialism that is a threat to the cohesiveness of their society .
His scholariship and Cambridge origins have given him the powerful intellect that makes him such a potent exponent of his adopted faith .
