I can’t believe what a difference your belt makes! Im not that guy who leaves reviews on anything I buy,but I want to let people watching this video know you got this belt thing figured out! Great product!
Purchased a used, very low mileage 2016 Polaris RZR 900 with very bad jerking in low speed forward and reverse. The previous owner had purchased Hunterworks belt, Secondary Roller Kit and Clutch Spring Compressor Tool that they gave to us. We used these parts the first day to change the belt and Secondary rollers and VOILA!, the jerking is gone!!!!! We used these RUclips videos to complete the project. What a difference these products made on our vehicle. Will only being using Hunterworks products without a doubt. Quality products and great company!

Not related to the automobile industry, and its amazing that many of the expensive items we buy are actually low end products sold at a very high margin by just adding a branded lable, sleeve, or container. I have a 2021 RZR XP 4 1000. Is it ok to install the Hunterworks STD White Washer while running an OEM belt? I will have two HW std belts shortly but I've got an OEM belt on the machine now and the dealer included another OEM belt for free so I would like to take advantage of the (essentially free) OEM belts that I have until they're no good before switching over to HW from then on. Can you make a video about the new 2021 Polaris General XP / XP4? I just got this machine and I would like to get your belt. Your website site vague and confusing when it comes to the new General. What belt do I use? What are the benefits or caveats of a thick belt? Do I need a white washer? Has the belt slap been resolved in the 2021? Does your go / no go alignment tool work on this machine? Thank you in advance!
The site should not be vague, only one choice of belt for a XP General, the tool vehicle listing says all generals. Thick belt not listed for a general only XP RZR. No where on the site to really put much about 21 and belt slap, they improved the clutching on it but not by much. White STD washer is a good idea on the General XP. I probably should do a new video about the General XP though
Thank you for the reply. Maybe I’m reading it wrong, but on your site under Polaris General Accessories there are two belts. HW-STD 2020-2021 XP General belt and HW-92G 2016-21 General Belt. I assumed the layer was the thick belt and the first was the standard belt.

@Hunterworks thank you. What in your opinion makes those years better? I don't race. Just trail ride, and my own mechanic, I just got probably one of the worst rzrs there is, 16 900s gonna sell it. I got a steal on this while I was hunting for a xp and just landed on this some how lol. But I want a xp. The hole setup seems better than an s. I have quads to play around on. The sxs I like to have for comfortable long 200+ miles day rides with the wife. And the s is just hard and I feel if have to put 5k at least to make it some what enjoyable, when an xp with trailing arms is where it's at. But also I just want something solid and bullet proof. I don't go crazy, mild clutch kit, bigger tire. 30s came on it when i got it and wonder if a 29 or 28 would be better? Meaning for over all steering, clutching, suspension wise.
@@jesserousseau2481 on the 900, it's clutch was fixed over the 11 model and had the dry sump engine, on the XP 15 had it's 14 clutch issues fixed, the rest is fine, 16 to 23 has a goofy designed secondary but it they can be fixed with the upgraded secondary we sell.
Yeah? Well I do blame Polaris. Their business model is to stick the broom handle as far up your keister as is will go and break the handle off. I needed a driver's side steering boot. $60 at the dealer(zipties were extra) for a Chinese made part. I bought Chinese made driver and passenger side boots for $14 on Amazon, zipties included. At the exact same dealer I bought a brand new Polaris front wheel and mounted tire with 75% tread for $70. The logic escapes me.

You say if you have a problem with your product and you will fix it. I will call you tomorrow. It's on the spider tool.....over the years I have liked everything I bought from you but this tool is not up too par.
Spider tool, please do you can't hurt it. Send me an email todd@hunterworks.com
Nothing to do with breaking it. It's the design and performance of it.
@@6669bj Don't think you ever sent me an email, performance???? It is a tool and it works. Shoot me an email and explain please

Best year rzr? Xp or s?
2012 XP 900 RZR 2015 XP 1000 RZR , the rest for the most part can be made good
@Hunterworks thank you.
@Hunterworks thank you. I'll have to look into the dry sump thing. How is that better I wonder?
@@jesserousseau2481 oils the engine better, not many models have it

What about the ranger 700 xp?
sorry we do not make for it.
Sent you a email. I need to make my 21 ranger xp crew have a smoother take off
sent you one back LOL
No cc. Sucks. Worthless to me.
What is a CC?
@@Hunterworks Closed caption for the hard of hearing. Like I said, the video was worthless for me.
