I absolutely agree with Elemer Pelleny. I don't speak good French but M. Katanishi's explanation is crystal clear. This is by far the best description of sasae tsurikomi ashi and how to set it up on RUclips. I just wish he would give a masterclass in my son Joseph's club Camberley in the UK! The guy is a genius teacher.
English speakers note the slight mix-up with the numbering of these videos. Number 2 should have come before this one - but this one is really the only one you need to watch.

It is possible to understand many of his subtle elements in this throw, including foot placement and Kuzushi. His positioning and movement is so smooth and consistent. One of my favorites is the one he does on Ko-Uchi Gari

Also: Very brilliant technique. Quite similar to top level striking footwork. I have never seen this illustrated with such depth and subtlety, thank you so much!

    I didn't understand a word
but his teaching was so good it didn't need translation. Many thanks.

I wish someone would translate it because it's very clear that his explanation of how to generate the kuzushi is right on the money.

Disclaimer: I'm not french, guessing at the meanings here.
    0:21: timing drill
1:35: not sure what he's saying about rotating the body here without knowing french. I think he's saying generally you should aim to push uke's right arm back, and pull uke left upper body forward?
2:23: how to generate this rotation with your body. leg and hips move first, hands follow once base is established.
2:35: step with foot turned in.
3:46: you shouldn't be pulling them into you, you should pull them into where you were as you step out of that position.
4:32 hip thrust to sasae. I think this is if you fake osoto gari but they don't move their leg?
5:31: osoto gari fake, Uke leans forwards and steps right foot back, switch to sasae. NOTICE THE HANDS, they are essentially wheeling CCW then CW.
6:00: drill to get the timing and direction of hand motion right.
6:47: don't FULLY commit to the osoto hand action. Just give a fast yet light hint at osoto, then switch to fully commit to sasae.
7:58: timing of fake osoto and sasae. do it FAST.
