Widely regarded in East Asia as a creativity guru, as well as being one of the most respected and prolific artists in Asian theatre since the 1980s, Stan Lai explains his theory of creativity, and how we all can unlock the source of our own creativity within us. Based on his book Stan Lai on Creativity and lectures given at Stanford University and the University of California, Berkeley, Stan explains a sure path to a creative life and career. Stan's theories evolved over years of creative work in tandem with Buddhist contemplation, and he has lectured internationally on them.
