if anyones wondering how to get items on as a menos as well as legendary skills, equip them while you are a human (not lost soul) and by the time you become a menos you should still have the moves and items on if you're gonna do this just get a full vitality build because the only useful move on menos is stomp since it does % and you won't really benefit from having a higher str/spr build
You can still do skills and access as lost soul cause thats how I did my menos ages ago. Should also probably get anti Str and Spirit Legendary Perks for more resist.

5:24 seems like menos stomp is scaled of opponent’s max hp. Even when you are max vitality, menos will deal same percentage of damage to you (i think it is around 15-25%), which is good for strong foe, even when you are not the leader (you will still do whopping damage to the enemy leader)

Tbh, just focus Vita and Flag for a lvl 125 menos build cause your hp. Btw you can place crystals on menos moves if you use them as you evolve into menos (recommend Glass Or Ichor for stomp) and unless youre REALLY REALLY FAST cause its like 3s period where you can do it you can only do one move and devolving wont save your crystal. so just do Stomp (ichor does 1/3 heal of dmg done so if youre up against a boss you literally cant die to em cause you just heal your entire hp bar back)

alr so basically u need a friend u gonna make hollows 1 hp then ur friend needs to finish the hollow so in this way u will lvl up and ur progression bar wont go up
The only problem with a menos prog is getting combat logged by accidental disconnection I have a menos prog account but I don't use it just for this reason.
