Not a good layout for such a big space. One suggestion to the builders, make good utilisation of spaces. I have seen much better layouts in properties of smaller dimensions. The fun part is, kitchen doesn't have any window. Complete waste of 500sqyd space, sorry to say.
Different ppl have different requirements. Some have a smaller family so prefer having less bedrooms. Extra rooms stay unutilized in such cases to better to have bigger rooms
