no, but for some kill death ratio which might be higher than their own means hacks. another issue is their lack of creativity. eg somebody could have hit the tank with a anti tank granade at the same time when the k bullet hit the tank, but he is just a bit stupid :)
Could be he thinks he couldn't be seen through the smoke that was between him and the tank when Ravic shot him (probably unaware that spotting still works through everything but actual smoke grenade smoke). Could be he's just frustrated at the enemy team in general (probably because of Ravic still).
