now, i want to say i am not expert in this field, but i have to say for a rookie group, the amount of energy and synchronization onlyoneof has, scares me. not in a bad way, oh no, in an very good way. i have watched so many kpop dance practice videos, and onlyoneof by far surpasses almost all of them. the only such synchronized kpop group that has been that way since rookie day is astro and seventeen, but their choreography is not this intense. which is why i am so scared of the dances, because i can’t believe this rookie group can dance to their song so well. there are even big kpop groups that are still not synchronized. if onlyoneof goes on tour, i would 100% buy a ticket. the concert would just be amazing i can already tell by this one dance practice. i just hope they get the recognition they deserve because not only can they sing, entertain, but their dances? some of the best choreographies and synchronization to such a fast past song, so their dancing abilities are out of this world. and in a group, i do love chemistry and vocals, but synchronization was always number one for me, the first thing that stands out in a group. the people who don’t stan onlyoneof now, are sleeping on such a talented group.

I'm good at this field and i gotta say you are right, i tried to cover "sage" and "Libido" Dance moves for my IG but truly it's so hard and it have to be sharp. I had done something hard like Stray Kids God's menu and NCT U work it, Onlyoneof sage choreo is on the same level of hardness as them

onlyoneof’s choreographies are some of the best choreographies i’ve sene in my time of stanning kpop groups. this one has to be my favorite out of all of them. it’s so fast paced and has so many unique aspects to it. i am in awe about how awesome the choreo to this track is.

The perfectly synchronized sound of their knees (ouch) and then hands hitting the floor at 1:29 is so satisfying. They're all really good dancers which you don't often find in a rookie group. I only discovered these guys a few months ago and I'm already in love.

1:18 first of all, Mill♡ my heart already and this is still my absolute Favorite keypoint in sage choreo-- the extended leg drop and smooth transition, into the arms backwards with that slight bounce. it's just Aesthetic ♥️✨ Yoojung, Junji, Rie, every one of our boys hitting those sharp moves. proud of you All for this Gem to a stellar comeback album!

onlyoneof consistently has some of the coolest and most creative choreographies in kpop
this choreography is really, so good. i was like "their choreographer is so talented???" then i found out they choreographed this themselves- i am so amazed. for a rookie grp at the time they posted this they alr did so well. most of the grp choreos (both rookies and experienced ones) i've seen always lack something, be it stage presence, synchronicity or chemistry with each other. but these guys literally have it all. they all have the same energy with each other, they don't try to outshine the others. their stage presence and synchronicity are both so good. they are so talented i'm so amazed

the choreography was so good!!! it was so nice to hear how synchronized everyone was through the sounds of feet and knees hitting the floor and stuff like that. and everyone was on beat the whole time, you can really see how much work was put into learning the choreo and doing it perfectly together. like i watched it at least four times, just to be able to watch every member and catch little choreo parts and everything is so nice like the choreographer kind of snapped here no lie. and it's not like this is the only choreo that's super good, bOss 's choreo is also very great so check out a live performance of that if you haven't seen it! and savanna too while ur at it. anyways, with all this talent, i'm positive about their success as a group! stan onlyoneof!!! (i did not mean to leave this long of a comment oh my god)
