I’ll be honest, I saw the low view count and the fact that is this was in my recommends and more or less expected that it would be an absolutely cursed video of somebody cooking with real tear gas or another weapons grade irritant. I got about halfway through before realizing it was a regular recipe. Seems pretty tasty, though. Might try making it one of these days.
It's a mix of sweet and savory. It's actually not all that spicy even with a jalapeno. It was spicier with the habanero pepper. The Thai chili sauce (at least the sweet one) isn't that spicy either.
PoI, I like your voice. The video's kinda drab; I'd work on the lighting. Probably no good reason not to show yourself and your face. And maybe it's just my mood, but it's going a bit too leisurely for me, maybe 20% faster would suit
Thanks for the feedback. I'm working on the logistics for better filming in my kitchen since it's not really conducive to it. I've ordered more lights, because I didn't think the lighting was that great either. As far as me being on camera, I'm going to have to get a bit creative with camera placement. However, for my next Cooking for Moderately Lazy People, which I'm planning to release in two weeks, I'll be making my Citrus Roast Chicken, so I should at least be able to get myself in the shot with the camera I line up for the oven.

Yum.
Great job but like someone else said I'd work on the lighting.
What does this taste like, the peppers probably make it a no for me. Once you added the garlic cloves, I said I'm out.
