- I found this in a book back in the late 70's called "The Art of Ragtime Guitar" by Richard Saslow, highly recommended! I have taken a few liberties with the original chart.

Outstanding, most likely the best version I have heard on RUclips, loved those variations on this old reliable Richard Saslow instrumental. It was the first piece that I seriously tried to learn through a guitar teacher many many years ago, the song never loses its appeal, full of character and colour. New sub to your channel here

There is tab available. Google Richard Saslow and practice real slow, you'll get it.
I found the tabs but I wanted to play “Coney Island Cakewalk”, written by Richard Saslow, arrangements by Fred Vine. I finally got around to learning to play your amazing arrangement of the song. It took me about a week. I can do it slowly for now. I can’t wait to play it for someone and credit you. Incredible.

The only thing better than ragtime piano is ragtime 🎸 Somehow tunes like this sound better on an old muddy acoustic with little sustain
My version is pretty close to yours..although I change keys later on..

Try slowing it down as slow as you need to get the motor memory, then speed it up. Thanks for watching and keep on picking!
