After installing the splunk forwarder then, don't show an ip address for the splunk interface

even though my machine is on bidirectional, I can't seem to paste the w get command in the VM. It says read only, any tips?

/opt/splunkforwarder/bin/splunk start doesn't start it, it keeps showing zsh: no such file or directory: /opt/splunkforwarder/bin/splunk

after going to the bin folder, use this command only "./splunk start" without double quotation.
