Hi, guys thank you for sharing this video, I am so happy to see that we have this Malcata Animal Association helping dogs that need a home in Penamacor, Portugal. I will be sharing this association on my blog and social too.
OKportugal I am hoping this will inspire some volunteers, there are many great people out there that want to help. This association is also very good because Portugal has for a long time had too many abandoned and stray cats and dogs and it should not be this way.

OKportugal , travel extensively thru the world, when we see these kinds of issues in my own country, the impulse is to donate and help, unfortunately the recipient will not have more set ups to receive....PayPal is not appealing, we do not wish to donate to them, every dollar spend on PayPal is one hungry puppy. The possibility to donate thru cc from anywhere in the world without third party would be awesome. What’s your opinion?

Alternatively people can order food or supplies and get them delivered to the association. Or if they have spare time to volunteer or assist them with completing the building works of the new compounds. There's many other ways to help support them ❤️

The fact that you are a SA guy make me understand you much better and its cool to see what you guys do and what other farmers in your area do. I come from commercial agri background and I am still involved in that sector, unfortunately me and friends have over the years suffered lots of dollars in damage caused by stray feral dogs, so its a bit of a raw nerve, and I know i should mostly keep my mouth shut on social media but eish then i talk hahahahahahaa, we call them skaapdiewe and feel the only thing they need is a .22, but also i LOVE dogs and cats and all animals, but thry should be trained and kept very well, and someone that does not keep their animals well should probably also get a .22 or heavily fined or jailed, the balance is very important to me. Keep up the great work you are doing.
@@RonsardMoolman Im glad you are enjoying the videos. The sheep farmers here also have problems with dogs killing their livestock which is why i think most farm dogs are still chained up.

I'm not sure about that. Gordon lives on a 4 hectare farm in Central Portugal and we got an insight into his life, trials and tribulations.
