the automated trailer loading/unloading is interesting however in the demo the boxes were all the same size which might not be practical for many retailers

First they came for the forklifts but I did not say anything because I was not a forklift driver.
Then they came for the loaders but I did not say anything because I was not a loader.
Next they came for the managers but I did not say anything because I was not a manager.
Finally they came for the mechanics and no one was left to speak for me.

Whenever I see something like this I wonder if I should pick either mechanical engineering or mechatronic engineering. I don’t know, I think that I would have a lot more worth for the world if I choose the second option. But I have to consider that a live in a third world country, where it isn’t really appreciated. Could mechanical engineering be somehow obsolete in the future? Is there anyone in either of those areas who can help me out?

I try to imagine replacing those 100 robots with Indians. But I can't because nothing would be done.
Same, lot of errors too with scanning and inventory management. I work at Amazon. I would love to see efficiencies in how it operates.

Imagine being that guy driving a forklift loading the truck, and all your colleagues are robots, doing pretty much the same job as you.
What is MTBF for the critical parts in this store?
In the first video, the machines are only moving empty rack. I’m quite sure that the machine will not be able to carry full weight racks with balancing the racks in high speed. This is a very typical Chinese swindle.
