I see you are very familiar with usm tech. I have very unsusal issue with my 24-105 F4 USM Motor. When i attach it to the cam, everything works fine, then after few Movements it gets very slow and stops moving. I tryed stator on other lens, wokrs fine. If the problem is on mainboard, which component can be affected?
I lost some bolts. Where can I get new bolts?

Здравствуйте. А токопроводящие дорожки которые не более 0.4 ом какого цвета должны быть? У меня сопротивление 0.9 и они все серые с протертостями, но смотрю фотографии новых они все такие как будто, а я думал медные должны быть
У сигма и тамрон медные
У кэнон серые, у Никон серые
Сопротивление нормы
0 3,0.4-0.6,0.7
А usm мотор важно в каком положении ставить? Или можно на зуб сместить если шлейф позволяет? Спасибо за видео.
Важно ставить так как нужно. Иначе может быть так что шлейф в напряжении будет.

в процессе перемещения трансфокатора или линзы фокуса смещается и контакт-щётка. происходит переключение положения.
у трансфокатора переключается значения на которое смещен зум, а у фокуса - области фокусиррвки

There is one method of determination.
External inspection of the lens:
Place your palm in front of the lens itself and try to take a picture. The lens will search for focus and at the same time should quickly run forward to infinity and vice versa in order to find focus. the lens will not find focus, but this method will allow you to see the following important points
1. The focusing scale should run a distance to infinity and back in a time that does not exceed 2 seconds. If more time is needed - the motor is already bad
2. You can see that the scale stopped moving in the middle or the scale did not go back - these are signs of engine damage.
If you disassemble the lens, then you need to inspect the motor stator ring. The surface where the flex is located should be silver-white. If you see the color brown, dark blue, purple, pink, black, then all these signs indicate that how much the motor stator is damaged.
@@DigitalShaman Mine has a brown hue on the edge. But as I have the flex cable clamping tab broken, I can't determine if the problem is Main PCB or stator. Despite having already tested holding the flex cable by hand, it gives no signal to the engine.
