When you say it's all about timing, would somebody else have won this on that machine say 10 minutes later because it's in the algorithms and was due, or does the RNG change? But when the stacks are full or the pots are full, It's an indicator that other people have put a lot of money into the machine to fill these things up, So it's been a while since they have went off. It's similar to a maxed out major you know it's not been won in a while. I know these things can hit at anytime but I would rather site at a machine with full pots or stacks than empty ones.
