Truth be told, despite the great detail and science presented, i am disappointed that doctors talk so much about our immune system but there is no way to measure its strength and balance due to its complexity.
It will help to give us a clear list of do's and don'ts as we know best to keep our immune system at its best.

These days, our brains are overstimulated, thanks to internet and digital devices, which has caused harm to our reward system. Abstaining from internet and media would rewire the reward system, and when its back to a more healthier state, people would start feeling more lively, because of the healthy functioning of reward system, that should in turn help with stress, and depression and would boost the immune system.
Well, its already established that long term depression, stress and anxiety, which are psychological/mental factors, have effect on our physical health, which establishes the fact that Brain is infact a potent contributor to the state of immune system.

Faith plays major role on health and well being. A very important topic , well presented. I feel, when facility of using slides was available, it would have been prudent to use more slides. The talk would have been more effective.

This video helped me a lot last year. I understood that we all were going through a very hazardous psychological manipulation by mass media and that all would badly affect our immunity. So I switched off TV, didn’t watch and read any news.
