Would've been more helpful to see you do it with a flat logo as opposed to an editable font. Tried doing it with a png but it doesn't work for some reason.
Yess same problem ..tried it with png logo and i dont know but its not working.
You could use an illustrator vector file and import it as a composition in after effects

Was working on a project. I masked all the letters in my sequence, thinking I need to use the stoke later. Good to know I never have to do the wrong way again

I dont get what im doing wrong. When i click pentool and try to draw animations, it doesn't actually draw anything no matter how big i make the brush so nothing animates. does this only work with text?

Great tutorial man - you forgot to center your anchor point once you've scaled. hit y then move point to the middle before centering to composition.
don't think it really matters for this animation.

Can it be done in adobe xd?
You can easily do a left/right reveal with auto-animate in XD. However, doing a logo reveal animation in this style that follows the path may be possible too, just a lot more complicated to initially set up.
