The role of psychologist is very simple that he or she just fulfill the formality of issb
But the question of male host from both psych that in which criteria you assess the candidate they can't tell however they rolled it and telling the test pattern....!

They cannot tell the exact criteria. If they do then all the candidates will prepare/rutta for that criteria/profile. That defeats the purpose of the selection process.

According to me I did extremely well in ISSB
But no recommend
And I know the candidates who were crying because of their performance in Group Discussion were selected.
So my Question is how to answer a question?
As far as I observed, 99.9999% candidates are selected from well settled families, and this perception is raised to even higher rates if the candidate is coming from the family of an armed forces officer.

my father was airforce officer still me and my brother wasn t able to clear the intials test.

Because English is an international language and an army officer should be much flexible to fit in any area of world so for breaking language Barrier in thos areas an army brat should be fluent in speaking English

Sab se zisda Ratio kpk ka hai. Baloch walon k liye marks, height her cheez ki choot hai. Sindh walon ko asan mehkamaon jaisay medical, supply waghera main Ayashi kerwai jati hai kyun k wo sakhti bardasht nhn ker saktay.
