“Crusader’s Journey” is a musical evocation based on the curiosity about history of my little son. Actually he is passionately fond of the medieval period. At the moment he devotes a part of his hobbies imagining scenes in which valiant knights are the heroes. This composition is a development of his inventive imagination where the events alternately follow each other involving generosity, serenity, courage etc… as well as battles of course! Curiously enough a Spanish part comes up in the development of the composition (337). In the overflowing imagination of my little son another hero suddenly appears … Zorro! It is an imposing work by its orchestral construction, its acoustic dimension, highlighting all the music stands of the wind orchestra.
