Noticed one thing how much product there was by Mego. Then only a few years later after the company went out of business nothing. Thanks for sharing all those beautiful toy sections of the catalogues.
Great video, Kevin! Those Canada exclusive variants are so cool! Crazy to me that the remote controlled Sand Crawler cost more than the Falcon back then. That cutting edge radio control technology I suppose! Happy Holidays!
The Palitoy Death Star was only 20 bucks in that catalog. I don't have many vintage Star Wars stuff but I am looking to get a couple of mini rigs and cloud car pilots for my cloud car. Merry Christmas too.
A friend of mine used to have that remote controlled Indy car the photo of is in one of those catalogues you showed, and I remember she-ra toy line, yet I was more into the cartoon based on it than the toy line, for obvious reasons, and my friend used to have some of those g.i.joe toys, but he sold what he had, and Jeff kept the mail order cobra commander he got in the mail, well what’s left of it though💁🏻♂.
Im curious...have you purchased any super7 gi joe stuff since your absence? Gi joe ultimates? Super7 reaction figures...or any threezero or sideshow gi joes?
Bugger me blind! Dude, it is great to see you again. We were all worried about you!
Man, I miss those catalogs.
Oh wow! I remember paging through these as a kid. Thanks for sharing. 80s toys were the best!!!!
WOW! So many memories in those. I still have my Consumers Distributing catalog from 1988, which is also full of great memories.
This was a great vid for Christmas Eve thanks BX happy to have you back
There is nothing more satsifying for a reader than to hold a magazine and listen to the paper for every page being turned

Who wouldn't pay $14.99 for that Cobra Stinger exclusive? Someone needs to invent time travel.
