hi , in backtest you have considered entry at open of candle. but whereas in reality you would be entering at break of first 30 min candle levels or closing. please keep that in your execution while backtesting.

u can consider closing too, that will reduce the noise more

You are taking a trade in simulation on the start of breakout candle but actually u should take a trade after closing of breakout candle
trading on .2Delta gives an edge to take an early entry, yes there are possibilities of being wrong, but SL is there to protect us from losing Big
