It's something that starting to become so bad in Korea that companies are cracking down on sampling so there won't be any more law suits! Some of the biggest names in Kpop were sued for copy right infringement and plagiarism! (Lee Hyori for example) It's not the groups fault but the record label. This actually hurts my feelings! I love Shinee's style...not 1D.
