I’m gonna buy one with the metal bracelet and black face. Man alive is it a sharp looking watch!! Victorinox, for the money, is a great watch. I don’t think they get as much respect as they should from the watch community.
Victorinox should stamp the back of their cases. It would give their watches more class/appearance of quality.
I got one in red and I love it ,I would recommend it.
The dial color is what landed me here. It is a beautiful green. Would've certainly prefered a better quartz movement or actually an automatic. The 21mm, is a limitation on straps too.
Thank you very much for the review which was useful. The watch was created to celebrate the brand’s
130th anniversary and its watch division’s 25th anniversary. The I.N.O.X.was intended to be as iconic as the original
Swiss Army knife. I like all aspectsof it; the looks. the way it wears the clean lines and the bezel and the bumper (the instructions say that the case is not 'scratch proof' which may come in useful especially if you are travelling). Also the luminosity of the hands and the numeral bars in the dark could be better. It was a very difficult choice for me to buy a quartz watch after 12 years of using a mechanical Hamilton Khaki Automatic. But after using it now for some time I'm very pleased with it. Not sure how the battery chanhe will go but I understand that the Ronda 715 is pretty rugged as well.
I love the watch. I have the Diver Inox. Great watch
Covered that one as well.👍

I have a blue one it’s a hard core tough watch ,I can recommend it for knocking about, it’s real cool.
in love with that watch
+jasio kowalski i don't know bro ...but the case is very elegant and sporty at the same time
+jasio kowalski fat Hampstead. smell from here.
thanks for a good review. please tell me how badly the bezel scratches? Thanks
It will scratch
Been looking @ the Red and Black. think this is the best color!
I believe those markers may actually be stamped as part of the face.
Rubber is to muff the reflection during field missions.
Another reason for the bumper too.
how much this cost 5 years ago when this video was made? right now its around $600 and i've read somewehre it used to cost $250
As I mentioned in the video and written review, the price can vary and at the time it was around $450-$550. This can be found at many grey market sites for various prices.
This watch with the Leatherman tool band and you are set for the next Zombie apocalypse.
I have the Victorinox Inox Diver great watch
does the back case include a stamped serial number ?
Will it work with the leatherman tread wristband? on 20mm width or would it be better to machine down a 22 mm link?
No idea
WatchReport.com wow. Mr watch report. The expert
Hi, you smug fool. First, I don’t claim to be an expert. Others can pretend to be that. Second, I have never seen a leatherman bracelet in person.
I’m about to order one from Amazon for 156 dollars... really hoping it doesn’t look ridiculous on my pathetic 6.75” wrists.
I have the same wrist size as you how does it fit?
Elvar Bragason it is a little large at times but it looks great and it’s comfortable. I had to switch out the band for a micro adjust clasp band because it was to big or too small with the stock clasp not having micro adjust. After I bought a Strapcode 21mm straight end link bracelet I love it. The straight end looks stock because if you look at the watch, the lug-lug is straight. Highly recommend it. Hope this helps.
@@salty_terminal_civilian5374 Thanks for the write up. I was looking at their women's watches, but sadly they're fewer colour choices, which err on the femmine side.
can someone explain me wtf a hard use watch is ... ? i know what a hard use knife is , but hard use watch ? you gonna hammer with it or use it a s a self defense weapon ?
Dani Wornath really? It’s called hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, construction work etc. a watch that can take more abuse than your standard watch...
thanks but i still dont get why its called hard use ... just about any watch can handle biking , hiking etc ...
Dani Wornath part of it is marketing...
sure is
is the bracelet made from solid stainless steel?
David Fairhurst There is a bracelet for this watch, which is solid stainless steel, but in this video, it is shown on a natural rubber strap, one of the options.
I like the look of the black contrast of the bumper, also I have seen other bumpers with NSEW markings, this appeals to me as well.
Just picked one up on eBay for $139 us. Was a display model.
Desmo BC Im about to get one off Amazon for 156.... hope it’s worth it. The price is high to me just because of its size lol.
I think its a great watch. I love the rubber straps. The only problem with rubber straps is they crack after a while.
one thing i wish someone could explain to me. Victorinox INOX are known from its resistance to impact, all sorts of things, but: What about the bracelet metal axis, is it well resistent to impacts? Because it is not clever to have a robust watch for sports, which can break the pin and you loose your watch under water, or doing sports outdoors... I went for victorinox because i wanted resistance mixed with elegance. So: Is it resistent? Does it do its job??
Luan Carvalho it's a standard pin that connects the rubber strap. Nothing strong about it.
WatchReport.com ok thanks, I just wish not to loose another watch by breaking the pin, especially one designed for hard use
I want to see a third party your tire test it we can see what the watch really looks like after these tests.
Looks good but the ticking hand just drives me crazy.
+Malamute It's called the quartz movement, robust, reliable and precise :)
Heads up, guys. The lug width is TWENTY, not 21. Go to TGV's review and watch him measure it with a caliper.
TechTog heads up...its listed as 21 and calipers can be off, and I put 22mm straps on this as well, which is impossible with a 20.
I just measured my automatic version and it is spot on 21mm.
11:21 fucking minute and not a single straight shot to help us gauge how well second hand tick lines up with indices.
Just get a Vostok Amphibia and try to break it. No bumpers or crown guards required, and only $70.
Jesus. Another watch ruined by the 21 mm lug width. Why?
hyperchord far from ruined. 22mm straps fit with no issue.
Good quality leather straps too? My OCD might not let me enjoy this watch
hyperchord leather and rubber yes, I had no issues. A real stiff leather might not, but I used an ammo leather and a horween and fit fine.
Or you could just keep the rubber strap because it's awesome... I've never changed mine. Also, there's this thing called eBay. Plenty of options.
Very clean and stylish watch indeed. That bumper is hideous and drags the watch down.
Well the bumper is just there. You don’t need to use it so I wouldn’t say it drags it down.
You need the plastic bumper because the watch scratches to easy. And 21 mm lugs ? Good luck finding some extra straps !
Correct
i guess even a hair can scratch it. I have this watch, scratches comes out of nowhere.....
Can still fit a 22mm NATO bruv
So your saying a 22mm lug would also work, even though it comes with a 21mm lug band. thanks
too expensive for quartz
Well, that’s because for 50 years we have been told that auto or mechanical is superior, but you really have to stop and ask, why?
But anyways, you can find these much cheaper these days.
@@watchreport Actually it is superior by every aspect. A mechanical watch has a "heart" beating into it.
Ok…
Don.....It,s Vic-tory-nox......Nit Victornox......;)
PotATo, PotOTo. Review is the same regardless of the pronunciation
Too large.

Just get a G-SHOCK to do the job!
Yeah, if you want to look like (1) a prepper/survivalist anticipating the collapse of civilization or (2) the geekiest kid in 10th grade.
TechTog 🤣🤣🤣
