    Drumstick seeds are completely safe and very nutritious, don't throw them out😢. Cut drumsticks around 2 inches and don't peel them completely. Peas are not added into sambar.

    That is right , that is how u peel it. It’s ok if little skin remains. N they are not spoiled you eat their seeds too. But you don’t eat the skin. Sugarcane jaise chuske khana hai

    Mam no need of removing drumsticks seeds and peeling. Cutting is correct. Watch North Karnataka samber recipes..

    You can cut drumstick little big and done a good job

    Idli - 1 cup urad dal
    1.5 cup idli rice
    0.5 cup sabudana
    1 tsp chana dal
    Soak for 6-8 hours
    Grind, ferment the batter
    Fermentation can be done in instant pot yogurt mode, for 10 hours . Warning: do not close instant pot lid, use a normal lid/plate to cover the instant pot
    Steam idlis when batter is well fermented

      Aww so sweet of you and thanks for the recipe. I will definitely try this recipe, but I don't have any instant pot. Do you have any other ideas for fermentation?
