At least 50% conjecture. As for the writing in the sand, Scripture is careful to not inform us what was written. Why? Because that wasn't important. In the Greek language of the NT, the point that is to be emphasised is positioned in the first part of the sentence. In this particular case, the text says: "With His finger..." The finger of Jesus is being emphasised. When did we see somebody write 'with His finger' in the Old Testament? Dt 9:10. When God wrote the Ten Commandments in stone, which included the command to not commit adultery. In other words, the Jewish leadership was questioning whether or not Jesus was aware of the Law, to which Jesus, by His strange action, was saying, "I WROTE THE LAW!"

This is incorrect, we do not know what he wrote, let’s not add or take way from the scriptures, what you are suggesting is only a theory if it is not in the text then do not add it, furthermore he could have wrote in a language that only they understood such as geomancy which is known to be practiced by Jewish rabbis who secretly practiced divination but this is also only a theory because we just don’t know what he wrote therefore let’s just stick to the text nothing more and nothing less.
