What is the benefits when our govt college required only m.a in psychology on regular mode for mphil..so like ibhas , RML , NIMHANS etc they clearly wrote that not distance mode degree for mphil . Even we can't go for entrance test. So why they restricted our knowledge in clinical psychology

You must be referring to National Education Policy 2020 right? I think there's a very high probability for the discontinuation of MPhil programmes as per the policy soon but it is yet to be scrapped. Also it was said the scrapping wouldn't affect those who were already pursuing MPhil.

If MPhil is discontinued then which course are we supposed to do after MA? MPhil is necessary to become a clinical psychologist..

But I want to know about the schedule of the program, I mean from which particular date will the program begin, whether lectures will be live or recorded, the daily timetable of the lectures, etc. Can you please give me an overall idea about all these, it will help me a lot to decide about the program.

No you cannot. If you want to open your own clinic, you need a RCI Licence which you can only get after doing your masters from a REGULAR SOURCE. :)
