mouse never copyright strikes her own music , also you should check out her interview with the IDF podcast (immunodeficiency foundation) "ironmouse the performer" to get a full understanding of who mouse is and how she got to where she is on your own time that is, also you should see her kareokes (you should also be fine with that no copy strikes )
I'm just now learning this! Thanks for letting me know about the copyright. I'm about to go check out her interview now. KARAOKE you say???? Omg count me in haha, thank you thank youuuu!
As well as 'Undiagnosed (ft. Ironmouse): "The Performer"' on the Immune Deficiency Foundation channel, another interesting interview with Ironmouse is "Are VTubers Authentic? | Interview with Ironmouse" on the HealthyGamerGG channel, which touches more on the mental health aspects of her journey.
I am just one of Ironmouses fans but I always get a kick out of someone hearing mouse sing for the first time, and this is not even her operatic voice.
Copystrike would be the worst, but not that likely. There are 3 levels: - blocked in some counties or blocked worldwide: the company doesn't want it on RUclips or they have a deal with some distributors in some regions of the world that don't want that - let's say it's part of a Blu-ray they want to sell - copyright claimed: if you have RUclips partnership (I think you need at least 1000 subscribers to request it ?) you can get ad revenue, if it's copyright claimed, they will just take that ad money, but the video will remain - copyright strike: normally a company should not use this, should be used for people who are trying to dodge copyright claims - basically repeat offenders. - a strike lasts 90 days, 2 strikes means you can't upload/publish for a while, the maximum is 3, which means your channel might get taken down, but you get time to resolve it. Having said all that, this is an Ironmouse original song, she isn't trying to make money of the music, so you can just use it. BUT obviously if she does a cover, the original owner of the music might have different ideas.
Thank you so much for sharing this detailed explanation about copyright on RUclips! 🙏 It’s super helpful to understand the different levels and risks involved! I totally agree that it’s less risky with an original song like this one since Ironmouse isn’t monetizing the music, but it’s always good to be cautious. Your breakdown of strikes and claims is really insightful-I think it’ll help a lot of other creators who come across this comment. Thanks again for taking the time to write it!
@@MidoriSo1337 I should add: because I'm not a creator, there could be mistakes and RUclips changes things over time. Anyway... good luck with your videos. 🙂
Check out the full video for Time to Feast.
