There isn’t such place as ‘ Kyi-rong /Po-rong in native Tibet. In tibetan transcribed as
སྐྱིད་གྲོང / སྤུ་ཧྲེང. So transliteration can be rendered as ‘ sKyi- grong/ Kyi-drong. sPu-rheng/ Purheng/ ‘ Purang Camp and not Porong.
