    When we change little habits for quite some time, the other habits tend to be easier to change coz you trust yourself and your ability,
    This is so true💚

      I literally started with stretching 5 minutes a day and it grew to more and more to the point of me doing the splits which I thought was not possible

    I changed many habits this way, especially weight loss starting with 10 minutes walking to 30 minutes plus exercising! This truly works
