I have a series all about Jello recipes. It’s fun to celebrate this jiggly treat!!
For this recipe you need-
2 cups flour
1 box island pineapple Jello
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup shredded coconut
Large can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp white vinegar

This is my favorite episode ever, dude. It was far out. I really dug those muffins, man. As soon as I’m able to get off the couch, I’m gonna ask my old lady to make these… oh wait, man. I forgot, I don’t have an old lady. Wow. Bummer. Maybe get one. I really want to have some of those muffins.
