Except that Cinders weapons are clearly made of Glass that she manipulates with her semblance and dust infused clothing. Even without maiden powers she's got the weapons, semblance and skill to have been able to beat her.
The thing I think about on this song is my history teach playing this on the final, and when the best dropped he said. "That's not test music."
