What sold me on Alpha Clash was being taught the game by one of the developers at Origins,. Had a lot of fun and could see their passion for their game and IP in-person.
I've been looking at alpha clash because it's one of the few comic book superhero tcg games. In addition to reading the older comics, I use to play, marvel overpower, wildstorm and marvel vs system. It's just something about the american super hero comic book that always draws me.
I really dig the design for War. He looks like Kratos if he had a Mohawk. I guess what attracts me to this game is that it’s based on heroes/gods. Really want to give it a try.
Really excited to give the game a try. Besides the super hero themes and the awesome art, what really sold me is how much effort they are putting into the lore. When developers spend the time and effort to produce additional products like a novel, it really shows how much they are invested in the game.
I really love the look of Alpha Clash beacause it is a brand new IP, and the superhero theme is not really done by TCGs. I also love the fact that everycard is a full art/ borderless, that alone puts it far above others TCGs asthetically
I recently got Info FaB, really love it and am now eager to try out other new TCGs. The fact that they immediately have enough lore ready for a whole book and a graphic novel just shows their love for the product and makes me very curious!
Alpha Clash is the card game that you never knew you wanted. With it only having one set released it is the perfect time to get onboard. As the game is released they are also releasing graphic novels and novels. It's just a perfect way to release a game.
I love a lot of what this game is doing, but as someone else I know put it: "Another TCG? In this economy?!" I wish them the best, and I hope those who play it get a lot of fun out of it.
I tried getting a friend into flesh and blood, he hates the resource system. But we both really like alpha clash so it's perfect! It's a great blend of every card game while remaining unique and innovative!
Loving the new art direction! I wonder if their reprint draft set is gonna focus on updating the old art because Moxie in the new style would be dope! I gave AC a shot mostly because of Ridge and the team. I've been in the TCG space for a long time and their passion for the game, structure behind their business plan add managing the game, and plans for the future of the game and IP as a whole really sold me even before I got a chance to play (which only made me double down and join the playtest team lol)

I like the shift to more colorful comic book aesthetic. I prefer when the art for superheroes kind of clashes with the story. So often the more adult stories have dark dreary art, I really like the look they're going for with the next set.
I want to try Alpha Clash so badly after finding Flesh and Blood. I love hero centric games that aren't based on existing IP. It captures my imagination way more than anything Universe Beyond can do for Magic.

The thing I love about AC is that foil art, superheroes style lore, and the combat of course! Moxie’s weapon swapping play style is fun!

Having been a Magic player forever and seeing what they've done to the lore, I've wandered away from MTG. Alpha Clash having been lore-first, and representing that sick 90's Fleer kind of nostalgic flair, I fell in love with this new tcg.
This is the only superhero/supervillain TCG I know. And it is doing gameplay right, with really different strategies to choose from. 👍 And with the new contenders, things will only get better. 💪😊
The artwork is absolutely amazing and the card quality is great. They seem to be on the right track and making the right decisions for being a startup. Love playing it.

I'm exploring a lot of new TCGs recently: FaB and Sorcery have most of my attention, but Alpha Clash seems promising as well! I love how they are already establishing a strong lore for their world and doing it proudly, it matters a lot to me! PS: you comparing it to The Boys definitely caught my attention 👀
I would love to give Alpha Clash a try, the art and story are cool and I enjoyed The Boys, but I also want to see how they handle the expansion of the IP with the books and such, because I have a passion project that if it ever sees the light of day, I would want to handle it in a similar way
You can feel that they got the same love for the art as Sorcery, if not more i would say. They really really just want to make a universe with the novels and the art we have not seen before in other tcg's and they do such a good job😊🤟 I hope the best for this game, the energy that surrounds it is awesome.

My local LGS was one of the first suppliers for the game. So I've been playing it on and off for a while now. Honestly, it feels like a good middleground between MtG's extremely open deckbuilding and FaB's hero-centric gameplay. It's a good in-between game right now. But with the 2nd set coming out, I'm hoping to get deeper into the game. Especially with how its gaining more traction where I live.
Have you debated on doing any 20 dollar Shadowverse evolve Starter deck budget upgrade videos? Being as though my play group is more of a budget friendly Kitchen table group it would be nice to have a little budget insight. Love the content. Keep it up!

I'd be willing to give this a shot, however there are no LGS that currently run events for this. If I were to win the giveaway , I would try to do a sealed deck tournament trying to garner interest. May or may not work, but there's no point in getting into a game if no one in your area plays it.

I'll give alpha clash a try but I don't think it's very "metal" necessarily.The characters on the website looked a little cartoony and lack luster.
