Great video!! Very cool to see those bearing rubies. Another cool movement to see a breakdown off would be the Seiko 6810. Its a manualwind 26 jewel movement. It has a standard 17 jewel layout with added shock protection and 4 jeweled rollers for the mainspring. Only 1.98mm thick and has some interesting features to achieve that thinness
Glad you enjoyed it! I think most people are surprised to see those bearing jewels, and it is definitely the exception that they are still in place on this reference. If I ever manage to snag a 6810, I will certainly give it a thorough break down here!
@@hubcityvintagei personally managed to pick up a pretty clean 6810 for only 450 usd! See them come up on japanese auctions sites every so often and they dont seem that popular. When new they used to cost about double the price of the most expensive King Seiko at the time.

There are similar 39J with model J13085 and J13060. What's the difference between these both models?
