    Sir apko idea nahi h... But apne ye channel start karke, probably ek puri generation ko bachaya h... Internet par itna content h about gym, workouts, diets and what not, or sabse dukh ki baat ye thi ki sab topics ki tareef or buraai hoti reheti thi.... Ek beginner or intermediate level ka bodybuilder decide hi nahi kar pata tha what to do and what not to do. Aapne apne experience or guidance ko youtube k through saari nayi generation tak pohocha kar unhe bacha liya, thankyou sir, thankyou so much. Aashirwaad dijiye, jai hind.

    A message to all those who have commented on the incorrect counts, vocabulary and gym condition: People, this man here has learnt his craft with years of experience and hardwork starting from the time when probably y'all sucked on popsicles. He only intend to motivate and educate you all with his knowledge. He doesn't need to impress anyone with fancy equipment, good gym background or improved vocabulary. So my friends, only focus on the game and spare the shame, coz your only bringing it to yourself.
    A humble message for Guruji: I've recently started to watch your videos sir. I thank you with all my heart for all you do for aspiring bodybuilders and fitness models.

    As time passes through we need to update ourselves. Elbow position wasn't right while doing dumbbell press. Please read IFBB articles and researchers to know the correct position so it won't damage the rotary function of the ulna-radial-humeral joint. AthleanX has the best tip on this. At the end you're great and hope won't mind it.....
    Even wrist position is not correct while Bench-Pressing.
    This bodybuilder​ needs a right coach to play the title and win Mr. Olympia.

      rohit agrawal this whole propogada (started by tarun gill)that bodies are not made in ac gym is just pathetic..whats the scientific basis of this? all other gyms have the the same number of machines if not more than this gym and also might be less crowded and more spacious...the only reason Mukhesh ji trains here is because guruji is here i think otherwise he usually trains in his own "ac"gym ...his gym was shown in his interview with tarun Gill.

      Fancy gym and equipment have nothing to do with great and easy bodybuilding. At end of day, weights are weights, all you need is a true, honest and experienced trainer like Mr. Dhawan, and regular weights and machines.

      KP Singh true....but as u age u need to understand for an athlete such as mukesh ji who has been exercising for past 25/30 years it becomes rough on joints to bear all the blunt of free weights...machines help to ease on the joints and can actually help an athlete to prolong his career...dont believe me? check on dexter jackson in a video with kai greene on generation iron he says the same things...free /raw weights are good but one cannot continue on them for a very long time..u can build stronger muscle but not stronger joints mate.

I wanted to compare fancy contemporary gyms to the Old school gyms with weights and machines. You are right machines make your life easy and prevent you from taking a toll on your body.
