Recap by Tammy AI
This is my grandpa, Wayniee. The lessons he has taught me in those barns or on one of those tractors, I will forever be grateful for. One of the kindest and selfless individuals you will ever meet.
Your grandfather look very wonderful
I never had a grandpa but am one now life is good 😊 he's a special dude 😎
He is a great man, you are so lucky to have him. What a wonderful collection.
You can tell that he’s a good honest man that’s worked hard and enjoyed life and all the things that he’s bought,I can tell you that you have a good grandfather that would probably give the shirt off his back to someone that needed it, Boy he gets along really good for his age,My daddy lived to be 95 and my mother until she passed six months after my father and she was 93,And I will be praying for him and your family and that he lives many more years so yall can enjoy him, And I bet he did teach you a lot of things growing up,Love and God bless you all
You are so lucky to have this man in your life. Make sure you spend as much time as you can to learn from his life experiences.
A man of 63 today I so appreciate seeing and hearing the memories of this absolute gentleman. Thank you for letting us get a glimpse of a true American legend.
His entire property is a time capsule, ABSOLUTELY amazing.
And not run down!
He is a good man you don’t find men like him any more a true American that loves his past his heritage and where he come from to the point he would protect it with his life Wayniee is a super man he reminds me of my pap the stories could never get old I would take them all in to keep his memories going on forever it’s so important to love your family it’s a forgotten thing in todays world
Same. I can't help but feel that this Gentleman is a part of ALL of our family. (Not families)
He is America
💯👍😎
No telling how many hundreds of thousands of dollars are sitting on this farm. One of the best videos on RUclips. I am 63 & came from a family that had a lot of the same history seen in this vast equipment shown here. I smiled & had a few tears run down my cheeks remembering the Good Ol’ Days of yesteryear! What a Video!! Thanks a million for posting
Wow
The history he knows should be recorded, and the stuff is worth a ton of gold
I guarantee that an old farmer like this can predict the weather better than any government weather bureau.
I be m
Absolutely Right 😊
it was back in the days but now the weather shifts oddly and faster. the native sami here in Northern Norway could tell the weather and many farmers as well but now a lot of the old weather signs don`t always add up nowadays
The government is controlling most of the weather im thinking😮😂👍
It's sad that when people like him are gone ,their knowledge is gone except for videos like this
Thank you both. Enjoyed my time seeing Mr Wayne's treasures.
Its an honor to watch this video thank u and wayniee
WOW!!!! What a fantastic guy!!! Don’t find guy like him everyday that will let you come up and make videos of everything they have.
Piper J3. A real "trainer!"
Thank you John Ward for making these kinds of videos where we can all go back in time and see wonderful folks who lived simply but were far richer then anyone today trying to scrabble out a life .
What a cool guy and he remembers everything about his stuff. Pretty interesting !
It was a lot of fun filming all his stuff, and he remembers a lot of the purchase dates and prices he paid for them.
Yes he is very aware and knowledgeable
I'm sure he knows EXACTLY WHERE EVERYTHING IS
This man is a true national treasure. I would love to spend just part of the day sitting on the back porch talking with him. Really enjoyed seeing his collection, thank you.
Miss my father. That's a beautiful thing about people like this man. When you grow up and get the hang out with people like that.
I'm at a loss for words. I could listen to that man and look at things for a month straight.
Wow, sure was fun looking at his collection. He seems like a great guy. Thanks for sharing Waynie.
Nostalgia at its finest, the 55 Bel-Air is absolutely BEL-utiful.
thanks for the comment, it was a lot of fun filming all his stuff.
That man has a amazing collection. Thank you for sharing it.
I really enjoyed this tour. It is nice to know there still individuals that enjoy their old stuff and telling people the stories that go with them.
Man yeah… that guy is in good shape for almost 84 years old… he could walk all day and never slow down… he has a lot of stuff… it’s sad a lot of it is rotten from the weather… awesome video… thanks buddy…
Thanks for the tour I love looking at old stuff 👍
What a nice old fella. The way he was constantly looking out for you to not fall or bump your head really says alot about what a genuine and thoughtful character he is. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would be interested in seeing more of him. I'd like to suggest that you do short videos with him every so often. His memory is incredible and I think it would be very interesting to get him to talk about the details of his childhood on the farm or even just to take the time to explain how some of his early equipment was used. It's not often that you get to walk a beautiful place like that with a person who has lived there as long as he has. Wonderful film!
I live in Missouri I remember using an outhouse 😬😬
Yes
It is not how much one of his possessions is worth today, it's the memories of a lifetime that is more important to him. Every person is entitled to their own opinions, but no one has the right to tell another how to live their life or what to do with what they own.
Man , you cannot say anything more appropriate or to the point then what you wrote above !! Hope you have a good day !!
@@jrnash5329 Thank you very much for that, JR!
You're most welcome for sure
Probably one of the most enjoyable hour and a half I ever spent on RUclips. What a great soul Wayniee is. Thanks for showcasing his beautiful collection.
This man and his property must be preserved, please, to whom ever this piece of property goes to, please preserve everything, Time capsules everywhere, Priceless..I cannot get over these cars, how is it there is no mice or even dust up there, incredible incredible
Amazing collection thanks for the tour. That bought back a lot of memories from my own younger days.😊
You got beautiful car My dad had 57 Chevy love old cars and country music
I learnt to drive in a 1967 SS Impala! I also drove a 1949 Chevy 3/4 ton pickup in those days!
One smart man to save all that stuff what a thrill to watch this video priceless God bless And long may you live
He has a History museum. I would love to be walking around listening to his memories.
He just don't know how much of a gold mine he's sitting on.
That house is PACKED!! this is the Hotel California of stuff...you check in and NEVER check out 😂😂 VERY cool!

More to come!
It will never be quite the same around there, when Mr Wayniee passes on. I'm glad to see his grandson here in the comments. I hope it's in the tea leaves for these wonderful memories to stay in the family. God bless the days when a man could work on his own machines and knew how to do it. God bless life before the internet in a lot of ways. God bless this Gentleman.
Right On 😊
Spent all these years surrounding himself with things that make him feel good. Thank You for sharing Wayne an incredible collection.😊
Awesome video.
I would love to spend a few days just listening to him and the stories he could tell.
He is a man after my own heart.Thank you for sharing your goodies with us.
Thank you for sharing. Glad to see like minded people out there.
Enjoyed watching very nice gentleman, I grew up on my uncle farm, like he said u learn a lot farming, lots of memories ❤️🙏
Oh I'd love to see his stuff! I love historical items especially from farming!
More to come!
This gent’s a treasure! 3:55. & Yes they did have 8-tracks in 1967. My ‘67 Mercury Cougar XR-7 came with a factory AM/8-Track Stereo. You could get them in Chevies too.
The impala convertible would look AWESOME back on the road! Very cool
I think so too!
We just lucky that we have people like this. That knows the value of things. And save it for years and then become history.
This person was a safe driver. Truly a very honest person too. Beautiful cars. He should write a book on his life. 😊
Wow! ....... this man, hits history, his prized collection of tractors & vintage + classic cars is just awesome, what a treasure of a human being, sadly were witnessing one of the very few, last true American heroes as we enter into a new age of careless, wasteful, narcissistic followers, they'll never know or understand what it means to hold onto something for such a long time, take care of it, appreciate it, and make it lasting enough to pass it down to the next generation. I really enjoyed this journey with the old timer, reminds me so much of my grandfather....that man instilled values in me I'm very grateful for. Now, at 43, I find myself behaving very much like he did...have my old mk 3 supra turbo under a tarp next to my barn, my 86 d-21 Nissan pickup and my '98 prelude parked out in my eucalyptus Grove on the back half of our property, aging along nicely just like this guy....my grandfather bought our property back in 1958, passed it down to my folks and they're passing ot on to me to care for and hand down ro my kids when the time comes. God Bless This Great land and great people like this!
I grew up on a farm and old farmers are always very interesting to talk to. Some of those old tractors, I coulld close my eyes and operate by muscle memory.
You can tell hes a kind gentleman, cherish him and memories. When hes passes in 30 yrs honor himwell, what a great place he has,im im Kentucky and a chevy man bless you all Amen...
Over 80 years,( All them storms.). I admire the man!
Bless his heart . What a wonderful welcoming man . Thank you for sharing your precious treasured things with us here on you tube . So glad to see you don’t want to sell off any of your items that carry those home- heart felt memories of a wonderful time growing up and honoring your mom and dad by keeping all the stuff they saved ! Precious memories… how they linger
What saddened me is the man doesn't realize what he's got; to him it's memories of days gone by and that's why nothing is for sale.
I watched a 55 Chevy Nomad rust to the ground because the old timer wouldn't sell it; and I tried many times to buy it!!!
Praying for all in Tennessee who have endured all the storms this week. Thank you for all your wonderful videos. God Bless
How very sweet of you
Thank The Almighty for this man. He is the last of a high-quality era. None are being born now or in the future.
What a treat to see all these treasures. My Grandma had lots of those things on her place. She had a smokehouse, an icehouse, a pump house and an outhouse. She had a cistern underground for water storage. Us young'ins made many memories playing at Grandma's. Thanks John for bringing my thoughts back to the "good ole days."
Amen to that ! It took me back also … to a gentler time when you got to see granny and grampaw and make memories
THANK YOU! I finally came across someone’s comment without seeing “back in the day”. I wholeheartedly agree with you.
Thanks to the videographer for taking us along, but... mostly thanks to Mr. Wayne for sharing his collection with us and for the knowledge about it all. Very refreshing video about what appears to be a kindly old gentleman. 😊
If you buy a car for investment and never enjoy it it’s worthless, I you buy a car and create memories with friends and family it’s priceless. Glad to see these have been enjoyed.
Some of them have been enjoyed, others haven't. Like the one he bought, had new tires & painted. Then parked it. Shameful
There are not enough wonderful words to describe the treasure on this property and this wonderful man has shared so much of his experience for 85 years.
He is surely a blessing
He’s a man after my own heart. Could be a long lost brother of mine. Poor man’s a lot like me.😩 Love all the cool stuff. He who dies with the most stuff wins!👍😁🇺🇸❤️
Thank you so very much John for filming 🎥these awesome videos of people that have old valuable things and old collectibles and for people that have have restored old buildings and old homes. Also these amazing people still have old general stores. I mean the list goes on and it is so wonderful to see stuff like this. Brings back memories that we can look back on and to thank God for all he has done. May the good Lord always bless us and watch over us and keep us all safe and healthy where ever we go.
Thank you John and Thank you very much wayne i just loved looking at what all you have collected over the years. you are much like myself, i buy , collect and hate like blazes to get rid of any thing, and age wise we are much the same i will be 85 November coming, but i dont walk about quite as easy as you do, my legs got old on me, from jumping up and down from trucks most of my life, but we will hang in there as long as wqe can, and thank you both very kindly again. Bob from Halifax Nova Scotia Canada
John what a treat to see his treasures and hearing about his family history! He is precious! What some vintage items, we love seeing all the history from times past! Great video keep them coming! Thanks for sharing!
This guy is a true American
I appreciate the video, but I appreciate that this is probably the most fun this gentlemen has had on his property in a long time more. I hope his family spends time with him and gets to learn what he knows.
Ol Wayne is sharp,

John Ward, youve got a great video here, its always good to see my old pal, Waynie. It looks like the years have treated him pretty good. Shout out to him, from the cleaning crew gang from old plant six and eight.🙏❤️🙂
Very cool tour.just love seeing the old stuff and listening to the memories.priceless.
I sell things on ebay, and I can't help but think about how he could just live off selling his treasures. He's got more than anyone could ever use. Cool video, there's so much to see!
They are like a warm blanket to him and make him comfortable. Hopefully when it's time to pass it on he can convince a family member to take over the collection.
i doubt he needs money. guy buys cars and vans and then leaves then sit, but yeah he has a fortune in stuff among the junk
@@johnf6267He said he can't afford to fix up that truck
@@johnf6267 His dollars lose value with inflation while His stuff has appreciated.
thanks for taking time to share these videos
GREAT VIDEO!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow love the 55 Belair Hardtop! We have a Turquoise 55 Belair HT Love this, thanks for sharing!

His collection is so NICE! Best I've seen!
What an adventure! That's a ton of history in one place. So cool. He's got a collection of stuff that you don't see anymore. Amazing. Enjoyable person with all of his stories and memories. I image he's got some wonderful stories of growing up farming and living in the country. He's a living treasure. Thanks for sharing, God bless
It's absolutely amazing to see a man that old take care of his equipment and his cars that Impala is absolutely beautiful on one just like it
The folks who have been lucky enough to have called this man a friend for the last 80 years, are surely blessed.
I really enjoyed watching everything on this. Take me back a couple of years in my time.
Glad to hear it!
@@theappalachianchannel You've all missed something! The young people of today no longer give a damn about the past, its antiques, or its old cars. Haven't you heard that the only things the little snots care about today is their cell phones (digital pacifiers), electric cars (powered by coal), and climate change (a commie hoax)? WAKE UP!!!
My dad is just like this man collecting just about everything 85 years old
Most enjoyable video I've seen. Thanks for sharing. God bless.
I agree ! I’d love to see more about Waynei
Amazing! Some really nice cars!!
What a lovely man, he has had a great life. I just think about the difference in how he has lived and how we live now. I have really enjoyed this
EPIC Bel air....AMAZING
Man, I’d love to go thru his barns and see his collection……..it would be a dream come true kinda day……Thank you both for showing all Wayne’s treasures!
Thank you. Great video.
Awesome collection I love this video thanks for sharing I am 80 years old and remember most of the stuff
Mr. Wayniee has quite the collection. I liked the 49 Chevrolet pickup most of all. He reminds me of someone the American Pickers once visited. They said he didn't need money, he needed stuff. I've seen him around Priddy's Store before. He seems like a nice fellow.
WOW ! He has amassed quite the hoard with his collection !
I love this. All the cars and the tour inside the house. This could have been a five hour video. So much to see. Thanks for the tour.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thank you Wayne for letting us see your collections. I really love your vehicles. Your 55 chevy is my favorite. Thank you John for the video. I saw it was an hour and a half long and I thought I would watch a little bit of it. I was entertained the next hour and a half.
Bringing back so many memories of my grandparents farm. Loved all of Wayne's collection.
Those cars are beautiful!
Thank you john. For taking us along great old stuff to look at back in time peace ✌️
great video and a super great guy
Nice car guy definitely got good taste in cars
What a great piece of history this video is. That was a "Waterfall bedroom suite it is beautiful. Imagine the stories he could tell.
Glad you enjoyed it
WOW!!!!! That bike is Awesome and looks in great shape
I think so too!
Dang! That ol boy has built his own retirement portfolio, Interesting collection , interesting
fellow.. he's living his life by his own design! You have one of the best jobs John! American pickers missed this one!
Nothing's for sale
American Pickers can forget it! Grandaddy ain't letting nothing go. I had a very close friend who died with a collection of vintage items on his huge property and left in his will for it to be a museum. I doubt the law firm he hired to execute his will carried out this particilar wishe. He had one living cousin.
I have been watching your videos for a while now and you have some fine content. I enjoy learning about Appalachian way of life. The people seem to be down to earth and must be pleasure to hold a conversation with. Thank you
Thanks for watching!
What a beautiful 55 Chevy
It sure is!
I agree hard work don't hert you! That 55 is worth a ton
