Aamir Khan's clarity back then itself was so spot on. Be it on choice of movies, the socio-political scenario of the society or the business aspect of the film industry itself. Just that one line at the end, "in Hindi film industry its not a norm to do one film a year, its considered as a risk" shows how he was aware of not just the fact that there are other on par regional industries across India especially the south but also his observation on other actors/stars as well is quite refreshing and has certainly aged well.

Was 6 or 7 years old when I went to watch to this movie with my mom and dad. Dad was posted in Jaisalmer with BSF and mom was pregnant with my lil sister. Obviously can't remember the movie but I faint recollection of the moment. Best part was that we we're in Jaisalmer , the place where this movie was partly shot.
